Hi everyone,

Just made an account here so I suppose I'd better introduce myself.

Until a few weeks ago Homestuck (and MSPA adventures in general) was something I only had a vague knowledge of through the usual online osmosis but I then decided to see what all the fuss was about and started reading myself. Quite slowly through the first few acts but more rapidly as I got further in and discovered Homestuck to be, contrary to my former opinion of 'weird internet stuff', actually rather amusing and with a decent story to boot.

Can't say I have a particular favourite character but it is something of an ensemble cast so I suppose that's not unusual but I am impressed with the way the comic comes across as something which could only really exist on the internet with the combination of animations, still images and music, plus the whole fan collaboration thing you've got going on, it's quite interesting.

So now I've managed to embroil myself enough to make a forum account, can't promise I'll be especially active but I may eventually be tempted to attempt some poor quality fanarts...

Of the one's I've listened to, Volume 8 (Note: I have only listened to the Volume albums).

Currently, it's a tie for pink and green (of the lime variety).

I made an account a couple days ago, because i would have nothing to do over my break without Homestuck. This is the longest I've gone without reading it. i guess I'm fine. I started reading around december 26/27th because i had just learned that Masteryorgi's videos on youtube actually come from somewhere and because a person on Operation head Pigeons 2.0 told us to read it. so i did and i got caught up around [S]:Karkat: mental breakdown. I really wish i was around to see Cascade when it was first released- or even better, around the beginning. I kinda wanted to see Newgrounds being destroyed


1) What is your favorite MS Paint Adventures moment?
When eridan got sawwed in half. i used to love Eridan- before homestuck (there was once a magical 'most watched' video called Ask Gamzee 6 that changed me. i had to watch the rest of the videos and i got addicted before even knowing what a Homestuck was. eridan was my favorite at the time. Then i hated Eridan for a while. That hate is wearing off though. but him getting sawwed in half was just amazing.)

2) Who is your favorite MS Paint Adventures character?
Hard to say. i have different lists for the different groups of players. Sollux and Karkat are my favorite trolls. And Jade and Jane are my favorite humans, closely followed by Jake

3) Favorite non-MSPA work of fiction? Pretty much anything that takes place... somewhere else! Like the Tron movies or anything space- related. This is partailly the reason I'm addicted to Homestuck. the other part is because the insane happenings that interest me and the things that make so little sense that they actually make sense
4) What music do you like?
i like a lot of music. I have a very wide range of musical likes. I like instrumental music, whatever they play on the popular music radio station... uhh electronic music- like Daft Punk. I dunno... :B

5) What non-Homestuck things do you like to do.
Well, I play 2 instruments- Clarinet and bass clarinet. i may switch to bassoon or oboe next year. not too sure about it yet.... I also draw a lot. one of my drawings- the first I ever drew for homestuck- is SUPPOSED to be on my picture thing over there

I *sometimes* overcapitalise for no reason... When I'm WRITING, I will sometimes capitalise E, Y and I in the middle of a sentence for no reason. i also rearely use apostraphes. I Think I may have also adapted Feferi's Quirk of putting a line before a Capital E. But only when handwriting, and you could hardly tell. Of course, that snt now. i am typing, not writing. Oh, and i sometimes use the british spelling on certain words. like some that end with -ise and theatre and favourite and colour. Not entirely sure why

The scene where Dave combines a GameBro Magazine to the Alchemiter and makes the utterly useless heap of shit that is the giant bust of an awesome bro. I'm pretty sure that's the point where the comic won me over.

John cause... I mean he's a big sweetie babby. Even when he's being a total dick.

3) Favorite non-MSPA work of fiction?

I guess Do Androids Dream Of Electric Sheep, but that may just be because I'm re-reading it again and remembering why I fell in love with it the first time.

4) What music do you like?

I'll just list bands/artists cause genres what do those even mean anymore.

Radiohead, Janelle Monae, Washed Out, Black Rebel Motorcycle Club, Röyksopp, Crystal Castles, Portishead, M83, Daft Punk, Depeche Mode, Sigur Ros, Joy Division, Zoe Keating, New Order, Imogen Heap... the list goes on :V

5) What non-Homestuck things do you like to do.

Make music, lomography, LGBT activism. I mean I guess I still like playing video games but I've fallen out of that scene so much I barely have time to do it anymore. I'm pretty much just trying to do the musician thing 24/7 feels like.

6) What is your favorite Homestuck album?

Mobius Trip and Hadron Kaleido. Just... love the whole concept of story telling with music. Definitely an idea I can closely attach to and would love to hear be practice more.

7) What is your favorite MSPA ship?

Jake and Dirk... being that I myself am a Homosexual male... I just wanna see a male same sex couple that can be... together without it being a big event. So... fingers crossed over that.

Grey.

1) What is your favorite MS Paint Adventures moment?
Off the top of my head, it's a tie between [S] Cascade, [S][A6I1] Karkat: Mental breakdown., and [S] Prince of Heart: Rise Up. But that's mostly because I can't really think of anything off the top of my head from further back in the comic right now. I do remember loving it when the Aradiabot beat the ever-loving crap out of Vriska.

2) Who is your favorite MS Paint Adventures character?
I really like Karkat and Jake, I guess? The Sufferer/Signless is nifty, too. I kind of like everyone because I'm indecisive.

3) Favorite non-MSPA work of fiction?
A Song of Ice and Fire. I was into it for years before the television series came out, and when I started reading Homestuck, I was ready to see everyone I cared about die horrible, gruesome deaths.

4) What music do you like?
I'm pretty fond of the metal genre, plus electronic/techno/whateveryouwanttocall it, just because it's catchy and makes my ears happy.

5) What's your typing quirk?
I occasionally end sentences that are statements with question marks? But otherwise, it's perfect syntax and such all the way.

6) What is your favorite Homestuck album?
It's a tie between Strife! and coloUrs and mayhem: Universe A right now.

7) What is your favorite MSPA ship?
I do love Dirk/Jake and Karkat/John quite a bit, but I'm okay with pretty much every ship. I mean, hey, might as well be prepared to see all the ships sink over time, right?
Which is why I'm so prepared to watch Dirk/Jake go down in flames.

I really like cerulean, but I do love the colour #0066FF a lot. It's pretty much the nicest shade of blue there is.

This is as a result of my indecisiveness, present in several answers. I've been working on several essays and projects at once recently, so my writing is still in SUPER SERIOUS MODE. 1) What is your favorite MS Paint Adventures moment?
Karkat's recent 10-minute conversation with himself, Dave's first animated fight with Bro (all parts), or Hussie's death and subsequent proposal.

2) Who is your favorite MS Paint Adventures character?
Karkat canon-wise, Eridan fanon-wise. Roxy and Bro get special mentions just for MasterYorgi's voices for them.

3) Favorite non-MSPA work of fiction?
Whatever I'm reading at the time. My friends have said I have "dynamic interests". Homestuck is only one of the latest victims in my conquest to assimilate all creative works into my own brain's machinations.

4) What music do you like?
I like my music to be hammered, swung, bounced and seeped with intimidation unless otherwise noted. That's the only way words can explain it.

5) What's your typing quirk?
Quirk? Ha! My typing is perfect. Although, I do spend way longer than I should so that I can make my wording just so. You have no idea how long this post took.
Also, looking at this question again, I seem to use caps lock for emphasis tangents.

6) What is your favorite Homestuck album?
"coloUrs and mayhem". It's the only one I've listened to in full. DON'T JUDGE ME I'M NEW.

Either the Chicago Overcoat or Eridan's hive, it could go either way really. Yep. I said it. For realzies though, Jade/Davesprite. Solves Davesprite's identity character arc, Jade's feelings for Dave, and Dave/Terezi remains intact when they all meet up again. It works.

Totally would have to be Vriska. She's always been my favorite and I love her despite her violent and cruel tendencies. I think that might be why I like her. I would love to understand her character fully, but I don't really think that could be possible.

SHIT HOW DO I ANSWER THIS FUCK. It changes a lot, but I can list a bunch of things that have stuck with me.
Disgaea: Hour of Darkness was something I loved a whole lot, as well as almost every game in the Harvest Moon franchise. SMT: Persona 3 and 4 are other loves.

Well, I'm a new guy. After the urging of my friends, I read Homestuck and caught up to it in about three days. I find Dog Tier Jade oddly attractive. I write fanfic porn, fanfiction, original fiction, and oft-rejected articles for Cracked. I'll get one up there someday, dammit!

Afternoon, ladies and gentlemen. I'm Showeranon, and, as you may guess, I'm new to the MS Paint Adventures Forums.

I was drawn in to MSPA by my older brother, and I really started reading in about, oh, August of 2011? Sometime around the Scratch narration hijack. Either way, I live and breath this nonsense these days.

My biggest hobby and passion is writing, which I use to not only produce my own original content, but various MSPA fan works as well. You can find all my current work on my tumblr, which I'll link at the end of this post. I can't really draw all that well, but I'm into cosplay. I'll be sure to post pics at some point when I have my costumes finished.

I'm generally a tolerable guy, once you get to know me. I like cycling, hiking and camping, music of all kinds (These days it's a lot of EDM, classic hip-hop, and hard rock), dance, cars, boats, retro stuff, and much much more.

Hey, I'm beaUty_and_destrUction. (My name is power relevant) Homestuck is my fav of all the things, all of them. Ima Leo, um if my blood was colored it would need to be clear because I likes all the things, um I am a boy, don't get me wrong, I am straight, if you don't believe me then well too bad... hmm what else? um I likes to talk games, I do have a wii that I occasionally use at last ditch resort for internet actions, ps2, ds, ancient boxes that have square pixel actions on the screen, GC, um lets see, emulators out the abbs. Ok I tend to get crazy when I have sugar, I type in the moment, though I role play accordingly [though sometimes my mews is bat guano] ich kann spreche deutsch y el espanol. [I can speak german and spanish, i am taking high school classes for both. Those lines above letters escape my talent to use.]

hmm ok something else about me... I tend to be quirky often, warning you now. xD (for example my interests and gender are conflicting often.)

I am a role player by heart and nature, though sensitive characters are my best talent... Troll or hUman, I don't care about what I role play as long as I can make the character feel and seem legit. Hmmmm .>. I get carried away with things sometimes, like food, food is good. .>. i make allot of text faces if that's banned or something just tell me straight up. here's a quote thing i wrote on spot because I felt like it.

hmm including everything not mspa, naruto, bleach, and allot of other anime things, hmm ok the series of unfortunate events (BOOKS ONLY) and the hunger Games series. (HAVE YET TO SEE THE MOVIE)

Anything that i can listen to for more than 1 minute without generally hating it. That pretty much covers everything, but i don't like to listen to most rap, country, and hip hop. My absolute loves in music is techno, opera,orchestra, rock, general video game music and homestuck music.

5) What non-Homestuck things do you like to do.
Dying. Jk but my life is pretty inspired by HS because i'm just now noticing the every time i look at the clock it is 4:13 or in someway connected by math to 413. .>. :U ;U ;V :V

What isn't? coloUrs_and_mayhem A and B are most lily my favorite things to listen to and hear and just love unending. all works of genius really. Iron infidel is something I listen to everyday just because. Just because I love it, all that stuff that makes it is so, so indescribably good.

Well I'm confused on how the whole ecobiological things work for paradox clones but at the start i was hoping jade and john would be together but now i'm not sure if that's incest or what. .>.

What isn't? I like to do 50m3 nUm832, and allot of Us, but I ca never really find that typing quirk that suits me by who i am. I may figure something out someday, but for now the Us are fun. Typos and misspelling and bad grammar are things that happen to everyone (except for professionals), I try to correct my self when i role play or to help people understand me. Sorry if I write something outrageously odd.
