Her hair is showing a bit more than usual. I imagine the tiara probably pulls back her hair a bit, and she's not wearing it here.

Eh? The placement of the horns is straight from Fef's original sprite. Maybe with the shape of the hood it looks a little off?

I think it's more that the buttons don't reach her horns. Also, I think she should still have her goggles and tiara as God Tier, since they're still on her dreamself.

All the Element determines is the Colour and Symbol, not the actual Design.

Shoes can be whatever, though.
