This one isn't transparent, and I tried to fix it but couldn't figure out how to save it as a moving GIF with photoshoop oops.
So if someone where to make it transparent that'd be awesome.

I've got a few I found around tumblr, though again, I'm not quite sure of the source. They're all the same art style though, so I guess they come as a set! None move, all stills.

Your name is Lexa. Your chumHandle is blackoutVisionary, and you tend to type in a rather sssslippery and sssssnaky manner.

Actually, MSPACheck is for Macs, so now you may also have a notifier. [So long as you have OS X 10.6, nothing earlier] You may download it here: http://elephant-closet.com/mspacheck/mspacheck0.0.3.zip

Now, this will download to your Downloads folder. It'll look like the MSPA face, and be called 'MSPACheck'. Pull that to wherever you'd like to save it for safekeeping. Then, double click it to open it, like any normal application. The MSPA face should appear on your menu bar, and it will be there so long as MSPACheck is open. You can quit it through there, but so long as you want to check for updates, keep it open.

    Now, for changing Macros.
When people use the "~" symbol, they're referring to the home directory, or the home folder on your Mac. It's icon is shaped like a little house. Inside that folder is your desktop folder. When you switch to Finder (Mac Face Logo Application) and open a new window (File, New Finder Window OR hold down command key and press n key) it'll show the contents of your home folder by default.

Look in there and find the folder called "Library". Open that and click another folder called "Application Support". Within that folder, search for a folder named "MSPACheck". If there isn't one, create one with that exact title (no quotations obviously). Any macros (images) you'd like to come up when an update appears, put into that folder. When an update occurs, it'll pick a random macro from that folder to display. If you want a non-animated macro, it can have that light blue background most macros have. BUT, if you want an animated macro, it HAS to have a transparent background, meaning no background at all. When people say 'transparent' and it has a light blue background, that's not transparent. It'll just appear transparent on Windows and such.

Now, to test your Macro. To do this, click the MSPA face on your menu bar. (Again, so long as the application is open it'll be there.) Then, click 'Show Macro'. It'll be the default until you have macros in your folder/until the first update occurs. Click the macro to make it disappear. Once the first update occurs, a random macro will be selected from that folder and displayed to alert you that there's an update. Up until the next update, when you click 'Show Macro' it'll show the last macro displayed.

I hope this was helpful- I know it was extremely difficult for me figure this stuff out, so I was hoping this would clear things up. Enjoy Mac users.

And also to complement that other one I made, based off that brief fan story thing about Equius shooting Skaia with a STRONG bow...

Since everyone else seems to be focusing on the image component, I went ahead and gathered a bunch of audio clips for notifications.

I would upload all of my gifs if I hadn't gotten almost all of them from here. The only one that I really like that I haven't seen on this forum is this one.

Also thank you for uploading those sounds.

    UPPEEP

Someone on tumblr wanted something that said "updave" so here's an optional one.

I'll probably be making a few to make for fun in my free time, so I'm open to suggestions!

    Re: MSPA Macros

These are the macros I have in use; little kids waving their arms around. I have a Dave around somewhere, but since I never found a kid John to round out the set, I never put him into the rotation. I'm OCD like that. On a side note, if someone has or could find/make matching Roxy and Jane..

    ...

That is because they inform you of an update???

I mean, they don't have to say update since there presence implies it already but...

Sure, she used it on her shipping wall, why can't she be covered in it

Just because it's mutant for TROLLS doesn't mean there are no animals with it, and besides, the Signless followers bred redblood creatures so his descendant could have a lusus, remember?

EDIT: Obligatory macro to avoid wasted post

That's the correct color. I don't know why it's not transparent. Are you using MSPA Notify or a different notifier?
