I've not seen a good Fizz yet, but he seems interesting. As for Surge, it definitely only buffs you, but it is a significant buff. I think it's around 80 ap at level 18.

Fizz is rather fun to play, but haven't tried him in a real game yet.
We should have a big game together at some point. Seems like enough of us. People should join the MSPA chatroom 8I
I love everyone.

Currently on hold.
I just played against Fizz, he seems good. Good damage, his DoT is REALLY strong, and he can build a decent amount of HP, it seems that building him almost like Singed and Cho is the way to go. He's annoying as heck to catch up to as Skarner though, my mouse derped and I clicked a minion instead of him after he tried to Flash away, then every time I almost got in range, he just double jumped away again.
I ALMOST beat him 1v1 when I started at like 3/4ths and he was at full, it was at Baron, I just used my Ult to help toast LeBlanc, then helped Blitz take out Ashe, then went for Fizz while everyone else went in the complete opposite direction after Yi and their Blitz. If my Ult had been up, he would have been dead for sure. But then we all respawned, jumped them near their 2nd middle tower (our mid was completely gone, other lanes were even), Blitz blindly grabbed through the bush near the Wraith camp and caught Ashe. We just blasted them all to pieces after she was gone and pushed for the win before they even respawned.
Fizz looks pretty good, it's just that a ton of people haven't learned him yet because of his newness factor. Hit and run seems to be the best tactic, but he's kind of easy to focus down. He can only have so many escapes, so tagging out which he's used and just focusing him in a fight should bring him down. If the team he's on is good enough to compliment him and protect him the way a carry is suppose to be, he'd be even harder to kill. There is the whole point of him luring people into ganks but that's an entirely different thing. He's a really interesting character and I hope to see some good gameplay out of him, though I doubt he'll be in tourney play.
I saw a Fizz in my AI games today, but didn't watch him too closely. I only saw that the shark... Looks kind of silly, really.
Although... Landsharks. I can never stop screaming.
No.
The shark IS really strong though. 450 damage and a 70% slow at rank 3 and a 1.0 AP Ratio with a. Not to mention that there are very, very few ways to get out of it if he hits you with the fish. Zhonya's, Morgana's Shield, Kayle's Ult, Vlad's Pool, a well timed jump by another Fizz, and Poppy using her Ult on someone else are just about it. It's sort of hard to stay away from whoever gets tagged in the middle of a teamfight.
Does Morgana's black shield cancel the effect, or just most of the damage? Because usually it only blocks disabling effects, not trigger things like that and Requiem.
No.
So Shyvana is free at the moment and.
DAMN. I am having just the best time ever playing as her. It is like I am riding on top of a rainbow, and tears of joy are streaming off of my face, but the tears are fire, and they are burning my enemies to cinders.
Gentlemen I propose an Idea I have been toying with on my level 27. Jungle twitch with these new masteries. I can clear the jungle going, blue>wolves>wraiths>twin>B back>red in 5minutes(this is a terrible time)
I'm currently using a 21/6 with ArmPen red, AS yellows, and MR blues.
I want to use 9/21 with ArmPen Red, AS yellows, and AS blues. But this account needs more runes and three levels.
Anyone else want to try this?

He would be an /okay/ ganker but I don't really think any amount of runes and masteries will make him jungle fast enough compared to like... Lee Sin or Nocturne. You'd have a lot of trouble against any other real jungler who can counter-jungle effectively. I'm all for it on trying this, but I don't own Twitch.![]()
Well, thing about counter jungling is twitch can counter jungle pretty damn well from what I hear. I tried another run closer to what my "goal" build was and I was able to make it to red in 3 minutes but didn't have enough HP to really fight him. When I get AS blues I'll try it again. As for his ganks, his slow is pretty alright does 30-66% slow at level 1 and has twice his attack range in range.
But I wouldn't compare him to lee-sin. In fact I wouldn't compare any one to lee-sin, guys just so OP.

Some things:
Being good at counter jungling and being good at not getting counterjungled are totally different things. Twitch is good at counterjungling because he could disappear from a lane he's being babysat in at full health, search around for the enemy jungler who may not be at full health, and hit him while he's vulnerable, with the only resource necessary being a CV or a ward at the enemy red/blue, depending on which side you were on. Twitch is very weak to counterjungling because he'd need to use his Q as an aspd boost to clear in a reasonable amount of time (with no other skill that really adds significant deeps), he has no sustain, he's squishy, and he's slow. Yes, he can pop away from a lane and gank, but that's like saying BC would be great at not getting counterjungled because he can troll pull blue.
Twitch is clearly quite slow at jungling, and would come out at very low health even if you could do a full blue-minis run (even with perfect runes, if you're dying to red with 27 masteries and good runes, you won't come away with high health using 30 masteries and perfect runes.) Yes, he theoretically has a great gank due to his slow, stealth, and expunge, but the problem is that you'd be ganking far later than other junglers and if I actually saw a twitch with smite in my games who never showed up, the first thing I'd do (as a jungler) would be to grab my blue, grab my minis, grab your wraiths, grab your minis, and head to red for a free bluebuff extension or a free redbuff; basically every jungler out 1v1s twitch even at full health v full health, and twitch would be lower than any other jungler in terms of HP at red (besides maybe crazy theoryspeed olaf).
Lee sin really isn't OP. He's a strong jungler, certainly, but he's not the best and he also isn't really the fastest.
By the way, just how fast CAN Olaf go with the new masteries? Wasn't he able to go as low as 3:30 before the change?
Edit: Oh man, Stonewall has gotten Skarner down to 3:25. With a potion leftover. And the exact rune setup that I've been going for and only need ~1700 more IP to complete. Aww yeah.

Olaf can go pretty fast, presumably, but I haven't tried him.
Anyway, what's Stonewall's rune setup? I'm going with some setup that gives me 15% aspd and 12 armor pen from red+quints, armor yellows, whatever blues, and I'm actually clearing at 3:20 without a pull (wolves->blue->clear the rest), no potions left but full health. I've heard one person claim he got done at 3:07 with a pull at blue, though I kind of find that doubtful unless he had silly blues or burned surge on red.
EDIT: The claims I've heard for junglers, all of which seem unbelievable without superpulls, are 2:50 for Phoenix Udyr, 3:00 for Noc, 3:03 for Tigerdyr, 3:05 for Lee Sin, and 3:07 for Skarner. No claims on Olaf, but presumably he can go preeeeeety fast.
EDIT: Looked up Stonewall's build for Skarner. He's doing the same as I am, but 9/21 instead of 21/9.

Did you look at his new Skarner video, or his old one? Because he goes 9/21/0 with the new masteries. Same runes too.
I'm not in the summoner list? This must be rectifiiiied.
Mirdini, summoner name Mirdini (on NA and EUW, though I never play on the EU account).
i just played a game as jungle skarner 15/4/15. the only reason i died was because i was fooling around plus the only person that didnt get over 10 kills was leona
i also attempted to solo baron twice. one of them was a death, the other i flashed away from.
You will find me on League of Legends 90% of the time. Just look for the username that made this post.
I soloed Baron in a practice game before the jungle buff. Wriggle's, Merc's, Trinity, Wit's End, Gunblade, and most of a Rylai's. All you really need to do is make sure you dodge the geysers, I killed him and had half HP remaining.

So I'm about to unlock another jungle champion. I've heard skarner is pretty great, and lee sin is obviously amazing, but I'm also considering trundle or fizz. Anyone got any opinions about this? Also as a joke I went jungle poppy the other day and did pretty ok with my udyr runes and masteries.
In my experience, Fizz seems like he's better in mid than in the jungle. Skarner, Lee Sin, and Trundle are all awesome, get whoever you want.
