Rumble vs Tryndamere top lane
Four kills before 10 minutes
Carrying those who should be more skilled than you![]()

Rumble.
At one point they tried to 3v1 me under my tower and I still got Tryndamere to die before me![]()

Patch notes finally went up.
Most important changes imo:
"Gragas: Updated recommended items"
"Leona: Zenith Blade hit box increased slightly to match the animation"
"Swain: Basic attack frame speed increased"
I get way more excited about Quality of Life fixes than actual buffs and nerfs.
In regards to solo top lane shenanigans, I've been playing a lot of Renekton solo top lately, and my games go in one of three ways.
I either derp really hard and end up doing really poorly, I do mediocre and not die a lot and still help team.
And then there's the best thing, where they dare pit squishy champs against me, or just anything that doesn't have a ton of armor to compete with my armor pen.
Hypercarry Renekton is the best my friends. (15/1 in my latest achievement. Course I'm beginning to think that people aren't that intelligent up top most of the time...)
I think the most hilarious time I've carried a game was when I had to solotop against Yorick and Ashe of all things. I ended up dying once and then proceeded to destroy the lane so badly I went 6/1 before taking their turret.
I don't think people take Renekton seriously enough 8U
I love everyone.

Are Rumble's recommended items the only ones that are actually... viable?

People don't take Renekton seriously enough because he's good but not super amazing against a lot of tops, and he doesn't scale well at all into lategame, to the point where even a well farmed and fed Renekton isn't going to be doing much serious output after a while.
His recommended items are fairly solid. I see people going for tankier builds often, taking Warmogs and/or Spirit Visage (after finishing revolver, of course). WotA, Abyssal, and Rylais are all great items for most cases, though. Maybe consider going for sorc boots over Merc treads, depending on enemy teamcomp. Can't say much more, I don't really play much Rumble.

I dunno, whenever we managed to get to end game without the enemy surrendering, I tend to keep up the damage so Idunno what the general build is for Renekton.
(For reference, I start with Doran's Blade, get boots first trip back, then generally spirit visage and then brutalizer and then ionian boots for pretty much max CDR, then vamp. scepter and then whatever I want afterwards, which I've been experimenting with Madred's Bloodrazor with because the attack speed and damage and armor are pretty nice actually and onhit effect applies with the stun too I believe, or I'll start the FROZEN ATMA'S EXPERIENCE OF A LIFETIME and be beefy as all heck.)
It'd be nice to know how people normally build him. But I just kinda do my own thing regardless so whatever.
He also has probably the highest burst at level 1/2/3 with his W. If I ran AD runes instead of armor pen, I'd probably hit over 200 damage with the fury boosted version, otherwise probably easily over 120 damage. That stun is a nasty thing my friends.
Course, whoever sends Fiddle or Vlad top against Renekton is just asking for trouble :U

His low level burst isn't particularly amazing, it's more that he has good sustain and there's really no way to keep him from hitting you. For reference, "fury boosted version" and "level 1" will never actually occur at the same time unless you're intentionally autoattacking and Qing the minion waves just to get fury; you'd need to have 10 autoattacks in the span of one creep wave, which is usually a bad thing. Granted, a fury boosted W and a regular Q and an AA is a great amount of damage, but (similar) damage outputs can be found in a lot of people; it's just that he has no mana, good sustain, and a good dash to get in for that, plus he's one of the few people who still has flat AD on his W (which tends to make it much better early and less substantial late), which leads to some good damage there. But people don't pick Renekton as an AD burst caster; they pick him because he's great in the lane and great midgame if he actually dominates his lane.
Bloodrazor is pretty terrible because, y'know, magic damage without any magic pen. On hits apply to W, but that isn't really a justification. Spirit Visage is pretty awful on anybody who isn't WW; slightly more heal on an already low-healing Q isn't really that useful. He scales decently with AD and armor pen, like most AD casters, but... I mean, compared to Riven or Wu Kong or other people, his AD scaling isn't particularly amazing, so he only really has beef lategame. And he is pretty beefy, but not nearly enough to be threatening, plus his ult is flat damage (I believe) which becomes near irrelevant lategame.

Man, Hecarim is fun. Running around with 480 move speed running down AD carries is the best time I had in a while. And his ult is amazing.
Grahh just had a leave tacked onto my record due to my University's internet shitting the bed.
It was a no-jungler game where I had to duo bot as Viktor, though, so I guess there could have been worse times to DC.
Jungle Mundo is incredibly Strong.
That is all for now, I need to go to class.
I've started playing Lulu because I really like her style but I'm pretty inexperienced when it comes to playing proper support. I've been doing "all right", I guess, so far - certainly racking up a lot of assists - but I've also had a not-so-good number of deaths. I think my problem is that I don't have a good handle on how close to stick to my allies during teamfights so that I'm close enough to support them versus how far back I need to be to make sure I'm not easily picked off by the opposition. I've mostly been using the Suppordle guide on Solomid for skill progression/item building. Does anybody have any general tips for someone who's never really played support before?
AD Carry Lulu.
I've seen it work way too well before. She wasn't even FED, was just REALLY hard to kill for some reason.
(Building a bit of attack speed on her works as well because of her passive procing whenver she attacks so basically she can shred enemies pretty effectively with it. It's a bit weird and probably requires a bit of experimentation to get down, but I HAVE seen it work really well.)

Probably the area where I see most supports mess up is actually not warding well during laning. Keep vision on the lane entrances, and also keep vision on the bushes. Bush control is generally an underrated aspect of playing bottom lane, and warding the bushes helps tremendously toward keeping control.
later in the game is pretty much what you describe, just establishing good positioning and doing your best to not get picked off. It's really something you have to get a feel for yourself, but it will be important to recognize when overextending to save an ally is futile. Your allies should really be helping with the warding at this point, but they probably won't so just be prepared for that, and keep vision where possible.
I play as any Kassadin that isn't AP Kassadin as my main. The closest thing I'll ever do that relates to AP items on Kassadin is Jungle Kassadin, and that's more like "lol I get Malady and Gunblade".
I generally play people as either tanky, support-y, or jungle-y. My LoL alias is Pyloncrafter on NA, and AbomasnowXIII on EU West.
After not liking Dota 2 that much, I've decided to reinstall this.
Is it okay to play Tristana or is she overplayed? Because I remember being pretty good with Tristana. One game I played as her was 14/3/16 or something like that, which, for my skill level, doesn't seem bad.
This is kindof unfortunate. AP Kassadin is easily his strongest way to be played with such large burst and mobility combined. Kassadin is banned in pretty much every ranked game I play for these reasons, combined with the fact that he has a targetable silence which destroys pretty much every caster that goes mid.
