Eman's correct, actually; a couple of days back, as another prize(for everyone!) Rich said he was going to do an update every day til the end of the Kickstarter.

Speaking of the Kickstart project.... It just reached $1MILLION

$1,026,775, as of this post and there is 38 hours left.

I was telling my friends about this a couple days ago, how unreal it was that it reached 700K....

Just goes to show that webcomics can get quite popular, and/or the fans have quite a lot of disposable income.

Well it's not like the average reader of a D+D comic needs to spend money on their girlfriend or apartment.

It's so strange to have a new strip every day in OotS, it almost feels like Homestuck!

Yeah. I think that the comic-every-day thing ends now though since today is/was the last day of the kickstarter.

Nope, two more days were added because it went over a million by $200 000. Actually 3, because one of the daily updates was missed or something.

    seems to be very pseudo-daily, but still, better than pseudo-{...whatever the schedule was?}

Eugh, that's pretty gruesome. The beetles are just carrion feeders, right? They didn't kill everyone or anything?
Here is my Tumblr and here is my Dangan Ronpa forum adventure and honestly both of those are pretty interesting you should check them out.

I wonder who killed them. It can't be Xykon, he didn't get there yet, and it's unlikely it was Nale, because he's far too incompetent and besides, it seems like they were killed some time ago. My guess is magic, or maybe some sort of disease.

Now that you say it, that does appears to be the most likely scenario.

What really gets me is the woman reaching out to the little girl in the bottom right corner.
    Yikes.

I really, really hope this is an illusion.

I don't think it's poison. This is clearly a fast-acting poison, meaning that everyone would have had to start eating at the same time or very close to it to get everyone, and if someone has survived, they'd have cleaned up the bodies.

And what if someone wasn't hungry?

    Cause Roy's f*cking tough.
-We can't abandon protocol just because we have an advantage. We have to give him a chance to see the errors of his blue ways. To lay down his arms and meet us as fellow men, at the table of peace, where we can work together towards a better world. A world that's better, because we poisoned his food at that table and stabbed him in the eye with a fork, and taken all his stuff.

That must have been an easy panel to draw.

As much as the dragonblood theory excites me in ways I can't even understand, it's not very likely. It's not ancient black dragon blood, just "dragon." He didn't kill out every other dragon family, and I think a red dragon would be more closely related to the original draconic victim than a bunch of sorcerers.

They could be a swarm of some nasty magical bug, but probably not.

yeah well i were mostly like 'well if Girard randomly was related to a black dragon, then so would the rest of his family be.' I dont really remember how old the guy was supposed to be by now, but yeah considering that everyone is dead? I dont think all of those guys there are his family, that would be silly.
