However, I do still have some problems with one or two.

I'll ask for Luptos now, as he was on the list or originals I asked for. I only have two or three that now need to be pimped.



Ok, so Luptos. He is based off Hades, so naturally, he is ALL about DEATH. I want his horns to resemble bone,s with one being a broken bone, and one being a full bone. But I just can't seem to get the shape, or the positioning, right.

Apart form that, I'm pretty much perfectly happy with him.

Sorry that took so long. I'd advise against using Nepeta eyes, they rarely look good on trolls that aren't Nepeta.

Yup, she does.

And, uh, they do look good on other characters. You just have to use them correctly :T

They look good on Asudem and that's about it. Find me some sprites that use Nepeta/Fef eyes well and I'll happily reconsider. I just don't think they look very good, they pixels are jagged and they end up making whatever fantroll sprite look deranged rather than cute imo.

Well actually, the green chick The Poet posted looks pretty nice, so obviously it can be done! I just really don't think they look good in most cases.

Actually, they were taken from Anti's bases. A Direct one taken from there... Let's just say that I'm happy with them, and I don't think they need to be changed.

Anyway, I don't mean to be pushy, but is there anyone willing to take Luptos?

Jagged? Well, you're probably right. That's why most trolls use Kanaya eyes or something similar.

Funny you should mention that, since I have a fancharacter with those eyes that actually IS deranged.

The wide eyes with heavy bags sometimes give off a sleepless, silly, hyperactive look. It only works if the rest of the troll follows these traits too.

The eye sparkle is a different deal, usually being a visual indicator of a "cutesy" character. It works for Nepeta and Feferi, but they would still look alright without them. On the other hand, adding an eye sparkle to Vriska would look a bit out of place. You don't need to have huge eyes to use the eye sparkles. The greenblood at the top of this page is a good example of this.

Those sprites could really be improved. The first one is nice, but seems a bit bland and the second one's hair needs to be raised a few pixels.
