Think of a direct line from the greed head to Isaac. That's what they fire down. But, because the shots split down the middle, they'll never hit you.

if you have that effect that slows down monsters, it'll cause certain bosses to go nuts

The weird thing is that I had nothing that would cause any effects on him.
He just suddenly vomited all over half the screen.
And given that I was fighting him with half a heart, I was suitably alarmed.
And then I got killed by a normal, nonbuggy green bomb.

I think it's because of an update, I've had that happen a lot too.

No. Not 3. I'm talking 20 or more giant doomloogies being launched in my general direction. When they went off, the lag was astounding.

Also there's super secret rooms now, which can show up basically anywhere,

Actually the top secret room has rules just like the regular secret room.

It is only ever attached to one normal room, and that room cannot be a room with a map icon (item room, shop, etc.). The only way the top secret room can be attached to two rooms is if one of them is the regular secret room.

I didn't know there was a thread for this game! Can I join the thread, too? Is that okay? Also, can somebody please explain what exactly the D6 and D20 do? Because they still kind of confuse me.

If I recall, the D6 will randomly change any pedestal items in the room you're in, while the D20 randomizes pickups.

Huh. I guess depending on what items were originally found on the floor, switching them up can either be a blessing or a curse. It's all up to luck and whether the game decides to be a total jerk or not. Thanks, though, That clears some stuff up for me.

It might be able to change troll bombs into something else. Which would be really useful.

Oh, huh. I never really though about that. Especially if you're fighting Wrath, or whichever one drops all the bombs everywhere. I think it's Wrath.
