Apparently Google is making glasses which also function as some sort of computer, but it will be controlled by voice.
I instantly thought of Dave's iShades, or John's Serious Business goggles, or Rose's headband.

that is exactly what went through my head. scared my mum mumbling "omgdaveshadesdaveshadesdaveshades!"
Maybe not directly Homestuck but, I only know of him because of the Homestuck fandom. I present to you from The New Yorker:
Ryan North what, what are you doing?
So, Blaperile and I went to see The Muppets yesterday. I've probably seen some of their shows when I was little, and I definitely seen a movie or two with The Muppets and used to watch Sesame Street a lot.
So the movie was all right, the story kept me immersed... and as icing on the cake, there were a couple of treats for Homestuck fans!
Donald Glover, Tab and Bill Cosby. What more does a movie need?Originally posted on Blaperile's Tumblr

> High-five.
> In the middle of the movie.
> Don’t notice Donald Glover making a small appearance, entering an office.
> Notice later.
> Laugh as loud as you can, because damnit, Donald Glover and Tab are in the same movie!
> Near the end of the movie.
> Notice Bill Cosby sitting with his family in his living-room.
> Die of happiness
Hey guys. Look at this thing and tell me that doesn't look like a SBURB spirograph.
Because it seriously does.
Things I have said (and probably will repeat) in Pesterchum:
Speaking of spirographs, I did some mucking around in a graphing program and guess what I figured out!
Go to polar mode on a graphing program or graphing calculator and plug in "r = abs(sin(5/7*t))+1" with a t min of 0 and a t max of 14*pi.
Whenever i see a bucket/ pail or hear the word, i giggle. i also have a habit of saying GOG and GLUB a lot. i sometimes repeat the w's in my words when i speak and sometimes i speak with a lisp. when texting, i sometimes double my w/v/i's and replace s with 2.( i hate eridan SO MUCH, yet at the same time i love him!!) i have begun using >:] a lot more, i sometimes say little references to Homestuck, which of course, no one will understand because no one knows what it is. i look for as many homestuck references in something as i can, even if i know theres little chance there will be one
Also, i somehow became obsessed a couple days before i actually read homestuck... just thought i'd let you know
Heh. I did something similar with the grapher on my computer with a parametric equation with the same interval for the parameter t.
I used the following, and got something a little bit pointier in the middle:
x = 8.5 cos(t) - 3.5 cos(8.5t/3.5)
y = 8.5 sin(t) - 3.5 sin(8.5t/3.5)
I got this thing by carefully selecting the intervals for t:
I pap and shoosh my dog. I also attempt to pap things that are not working properly.
I wore my orange ribbon to school today! Unfortunately, no one called me out for Orange Ribbonstuck. :c
Well, i kinda spazzed out in math class today when my math teacher said it was his son's birthday. He turned 2 so no apocalypse yet...yet

During the summer in Western Australia, there is a cooling sea breeze that blows every afternoon, and it's called the Fremantle Doctor, (normally just referred to as the Doctor)
To celebrate 4/13 I wrote a wordy blog post analyzing Homestuck and why it's so popular on the internet.

To celebrate 4/13 I wore a Dave long-sleeve shirt to work. Alas, no reaction, though I can only hope I let a secret-HS fan smile on the inside.
Via the ComicMix March Madness poll, I started reading Gunnerkrigg Court. Just now, I caught up with the comic.
The author's comment for that page? "That's it."
The page number? 1025.

E: and on 4/13, our LA class had a free write in our journals. I wrote a 2 page entry on the significance of the number 413 and what Homestuck was.
E2: i scowled at the biscuit mix on the counter because it was made by Betty Crocker

Homestuck Bakery Update: Okay, we've stopped selling the sopur muffins, apparently they were a St.Patty's day item. When making our rainbow cookies a while back I had noticed that the batter was a bit too moist so i got covered with a good 70% of all colors known to mankind. This lead to me first calling myself a whore then parading about, honking like Gamzee. I decided to make any sun cut out cookies we make green for some odd reason... Also, back around Easter we had pre-made bunny cutout cookies and while setting them to bake, I grabbed one to many so I had to put the bunny back in the box.
What was there was a list of search engines, with one of the first ones being a Betty Crocker search. ... apparently it was the third option on the second row at the time. I guess somebody (like me) should have screenshotted the bloody thing. I think you can agree that last step of that process would be![]()
