Sorry there hasn't been any action in a while! I've been busy cleaning a messy basement and finalizing the sone incredibly important details re: going to a college sometime soon and realizing that I'm not very good at writing short stories. Yeah, even Trol Seasson-grade ones. In all likelihood, the short story intermission will come to a close before the story itself does, and we'll pick it back up later. Thank you all for bearing with the disorganized insanity that pervades every facet of this project, including the ones that pretend to be halfway-competent prose for a few awkward chapters. We will be returning to Boners before you know it.

Actually, GA has been helping me keep the last couple chapters in line, and further developments will probably benefit from his oversight as well. Another concern is consistency, in this once sequence at least, surprising as that may seem. If just sitting down and writing to the end was the sort of thing any of us could do without a reasonable amount of coordination and communication, that would definitely happen.
