He lives near a roundabout, so there is quite a lot of traffic near his house.

Personality: Ben is usually rather kind and shy, but he gets angry pretty easily. He is pretty imaginative and smart, but is subject to his own version of 'writer's block' a lot of the time. To fight, Ben usually just throws his Rubix Cube at his opponent, but if needed, he will use whatever is around him, he's versatile like that. Although, he prefers not to fight at all.
Interests: Videogames, drawing, lego, card games, programming. His hobbies include drawing, building stuff from lego, programming random stuff in flash. Locale: Lives in a towering spire hive built precipitously off the side of a rocky sea-side cliff, clinging cruelly to the sharp walls and angling crookedly up. Overlooks a grassy valley near the sea, known as the Torn Blade Coast. Her hive-spire is littered with clockwork machinery and mechanical diagrams of all kinds, although most of it doesn't work due to disrepair, in-completion, or mere failed design. Most rooms are sealed vaults with elaborate mechanical doors, elevators, and other needlessly complex devices and traps. The surrounding area looks like a battlefield- there are shipwrecks in the bay and bloody craters on her lawn from warding off intruders.

Strife Specibi: Axekind, Revolverkind, Wrenchkind

Lusus: Wyvern. Part lion, part bat and part scorpion.

Personality: Smart, physically adept, and with all the overwhelming arrogance of her caste and capability. Believes herself to be the only one capable of setting things right. Demands etiquette in conversation, but not necessarily kindness; she is easily bored and will retreat into a grumpy, snarky state if the topic doesn't amuse her. Very enthusiastic about empiricism and stellar domination. Near the end of her Alternian Academy training to be an AXXASSIN, a spy and hitman that responds directly the Empress. Not immediately beholden to the hemospectrum because she judges foremost on individual capability (to which she usually sees others as inferiors), save for a particular hatred of "mustard-bloods".

Knows that her own capabilities and job afford her an unusual position of power and is eager to leverage this. Ostensibly obsessed with ORDER, working with machines where each piece has a part, and the EMPIRE to which she applies the same metaphor. She herself, however, is extremely scattered and lawless, and this conflict often tears apart her best-laid plans. She is extremely jaded to violence due to both imperial military training and sweeps of aggressive FLARPing, not hesitating to outright murder opposing players when the option is available, even reveling in violence.

Psychic Power: RAGE|TRANCE: Can amplify her mental or physical prowess at an abstract cost (often to the other). Her SGRUB-based lack of control results in PSYCHIC MOOD SWINGS. TRANCE, or FOCUS, is a distant and eerie trance of extreme focus and precision, and works slowly and methodically, with a profound inspiration granted from an unknown source. When she is in focus, she speaks "slowly.and.kryptikally." often providing one word answers, or none at all.

RAGE involves losing fine control and lashing out violently, gaining great strength and becoming possessed with a psychotic personality of sadism and needless destruction, tearing apart everything around her. She doesn't feel pain or react to injury until the rage has subsided. When in rage, she speaks "KWIKKLY AN ANGRILY", slurring her words and spewing obscenities and insults at everything.

She is often unable to recall her thoughts and actions after one of these phases, and it leaves her emotionally strained.

Interests: Kiriza builds, invents, and repairs a large assortment of mostly useless MACHINES, using simple components as well as more advanced technology. She has a preference for physical pieces that she can have move and perform functions. She is a long time (and highly violent) FLARP player, a veteran of several sweeps. Kiriza often produces unorthodox "MUSIC", in which she insists she can 'hear the gears sing' but is really just a cacophony of grinding cogs and clicking mechanisms.

Now, as EVERYONE should know, MIND HONEY is a wonderful substance that is primarily used for two things: building computer networks, and increasing intellect.

Due to your long proximity to MIND HONEY, you are, of course, extremely proficient in the construction and use of computers. Additionally, you can speak BEENARY, the fundamental language of Alternian computer systems, which makes most programming jobs easier at the expense of your skills with any sort of formal programming language. Additionally, you are incredibly intelligent, as a result of the MIND HONEY's brain-boosting effects. This is, alas, both a blessing and a curse, as you are often chapters ahead of whoever you are talking to, often annoying them, since they are incapable of putting together even the most obvious of details. You try your best to avoid this, as you do not enjoy being rude to those you speak to. You usually manage to dumb-down your points enough, as should be assumed.

Since we have broached the topic of speaking to others, you suppose you should mention your speaking quirk. Your inquisitiveness causes you to replace all "i"'s with "y"'s (pronounced like "why" regardless of where it is in the word.) Thus, I still think... becomes Y styll thynk... and is pronounced Why style thigh-nk. Additionally, you often pepper in phrases such as "of course", "obviously", and "as should be assumed", while speaking to the less endowded.

Additionally, the MIND HONEY caused a rather unfortunate side-effect, which you learned about the hard way. Your prolonged exposure to it has caused you to exude a sort of radiation. When you're around, the rules governing psychic powers tend to change abruptly, often causing them to function uncontrollably, cease functioning at all, or any number of unpredictable side effects. Unfortunately, you cannot suppress this. As should be obvious, this tends to happen less often to those with higher blood, but you have not yet been able to perform a full experiment due to an unfortunate FLARPING ACCIDENT involving an Alternian SPONTANEOUSLY COMBUSTING. After this , the only troll who you have been willing to experiment with is yourself, which has led to mixed results...

Locale: Lives in a small peasant abode on the plains near the Torn Blade Coast. The hive has an open second floor to accommodate his lusus, and is heavily fire damaged. Shoddy repairs have been made to many segments.

Lusus: Huge Feathery Asshole Giant Bird of Prey

Personality: Pyrrix is, at least on the surface, a fairly stable troll. He can usually be depended on to act rationally and calmly. His use of humorous insincerity is constant, sometimes making it difficult to tell whether he is joking or serious. However, his facade of sarcasm and confidence covers a deeply buried doubt about his own worth. Failures or setbacks bring this doubt to the fore, and he will typically attempt to drown it out with reckless action, throwing himself at the most insurmountable obstacle in the hopes of miraculously proving himself the hero.

Pyrrix tries to drown out his inner doubts by protesting violently against the messages troll society gives him about his worth. This manifests as a hatred of the hemospectrum and general rebelliousness. He reacts with great negativity towards trolls who believe strongly in the caste system.

He has a powerful pyrokinetic talent and almost no control over it, to the immense frustration of his lusus. Small fires start in his vicinity all the time, and stress or anger will cause him to lose control even further. Attempting to actually use his power will typically generate a backlash of similar severity to the fire he was trying to create somewhere near him. However, he is capable of creating fires of enormous power, and starting them anywhere he wants, which is an incredibly effective deterrent to determined attackers, promising mutually assured destruction. He is also quite willing to attack with small fires, since he is used to being on fire, and his opponent is most likely not.

He spends almost every waking hour practising MACEBALL, an Alternian blood sport of great brutality and complexity. His training has made him incredibly tough compared to others of his blood colour, a necessity for defence due to the fickle nature of his power.

Interests: Pyrrix adores the troll sport of MACEBALL, and his idol is Troll Babe Ruth. He sometimes plays terrible maceball themed video games. He likes to roll up FLARP characters, but never finds the time to actually play. He also has a passion for films, video games, and literature that take place in totalitarian society. Since most of these stories feature rebels and dissenters as protagonists, they are almost universally branded as anti-government, making his collection incredibly illegal.

Locale: Bentig's hive is secluded in the deepest part of the forest he could find. His hive is carved into a large tree and is actually camouflaged quite well. The inside is decorated with taxidermy sculptures made from the animal carcasses he finds lying about all over the forest.
Strife Specibus: Needlekind (a sewing needle, to be more precise)
Lusus: Tigerpops. A very large, somewhat anthropomorphic, tiger lusus. He has incredibly long claws and a sort of mohawk-style mane.

Personality: Bentig is usually very shy. He is insecure and isn't always the most eloquent speaker. This, uh, is shown i-i-in his typing as well... He can't really control his emotions well. Any little thing can set him off and take him to another extreme. He is very embarrassed of himself for becoming overly sad or excited. He also goes into Berserk Spells, which he has no idea about because once he's done being enraged, he blacks out. Sometimes he has recollection of his actions in the form of nightmares. In his Berserk Spells, he can't control himself and he will attack anything and everything in his way. (this is why there are many corpses around his hive) These uncontrollable fits of rage are due to his mutation. Even though he doesn't know how bad he can get, he lives secluded to be safe from those that would harm him just because he's different.

Interests: Bentig considers himself a TAXIDERMY EXPERT. He also likes to READ, watch CARTOONS on his computing device, and DRAW. He has a lot of free time.

Personality: Robin is very shy around people he doesn't know but around friends he's very joyful and much more like himself. He tends to keep to himself a lot and is more comfortable behind his computer playing games than getting out and hanging out. Despite being very shy he can think very straight in bad situations. He is also very determined to do something if it is really important to him. Since he has learned that SBurb doomed his family he is determined to protect his friends and get them through the game at all costs.
Interests: He likes to play CHESS (bad), he is really into COMPUTER PROGRAMMING and he is really fond of playing VIDEO GAMES, preferably RPG's or MMORPG's.

Locale: Lives in a hive near the peak of a mountain, there is a river next to the hive with a water wheel she uses for power. On every room there are piles of all kinds of weapons, since she collects them.
Strife Specibi: An entire collection, but wields the Skipolekind specibus most of the time.
Lusus: White mountain lion, since it is the same colour as the snow that surrounds her hive most of the time she doesn't see him often.
Personality: Liseti is very respectful towards anyone of a higher blood color than her, referring to them as Sir or Ma'am whenever possible and obeying every order immediately. She in turn is authoritative towards those of a lower blood color, as if blood color were some kind of military rank. She also consumes extraordinary ammounts of caffeine, causing her to have insomnia most of the time, she often goes on for days without sleep. When this happens, the predictable result occurs. The reason she tries to act with extraordinary discipline at all times is that her greatest aspiration is to join the ranks of the Alternian Alpine Troops in the future, and she wants to show her potential.
Interests: Liseti has an obsession with weapons, she has piles of all kinds of weapons all over her hive, and weapons decorate all of her walls. She also has a collection of strife specibi, but they are locked in a chest in order to protect them from potential thieves. When she is on her free time she is often skiing or polishing her various weapons.

Well I know for sure that Kiriza and Pyrrix already know each other; this had been previously established in both our original character builds and mentioned in several rps she's done with Robin (which I was led to believe are being canonized for this?) They are pre-established moirails. I would imagine that they would be acquaintances at the LEAST, if not close friends. It depends mostly on the situation the trolls are in to start with which afaik has yet to be finalized.

Interaction between Pyrrix and Jenter looks like lots of fun... spontaneous combustion perfection hahaha /: )
And between

If anyone knows anyone else that might be interest to paly a human, let them know. We definitely need a few more hands, although this is going to be a slow burn sort of thing, so don't get too worried if it takes a little while to get started.

Yes, Robin's logs with Kiriza will be canonized for this (see my character application). Basically Robin learned from Kiriza that everybody is doomed and SBurb is the only way out. Maybe I'll post the logs in the OOC thread later on.

As for the background on the Trolls, I just realized there has been absolutely no explaination about their role in the plot. Basically they are already playing a game of SGrub, without the Server Enabled Mutators mentioned in the introduction of the IC thread. Logically, the Trolls are much further on in the game than the humans (how far exactly everyone can decide for themselves, just stay out of the way of God Tiers and Denizens for the time being). Of course everybody is free to build some RP background but make sure to summarize what happened during the conversations and post it here (like I did in this post).

As for important discussion stuff; we still need somebody who will activate the Server Enabled Mutators. For now I'll just let this rest because we have just 2 human players and because Robin knows the importance of SBurb he won't be the one to mess with the installation.

I would start establishing some history, but yeah, there's only one other human.

I just noticed that I didn't include that Ben programs and sells fetch modi in his form. Is that allowed, because that could get me some history with other humans buying them off me.
