Dan vs. Karkat parallels and overshadowingly popular pony cartoon

I can't find this show online, and I don't have a TV since I'm in a dorm at college. The clips look fantastic, and I'd like to see more of it.

I found a tumblr with all the Dan Vs. episodes linked to like mediashare or some similar site, but that was long ago. It took some hard Googles before I found it.

Dan must really hate My Little Pony for sucking up all the attention. He must therefore get his revenge on Lauren Faust by bankrupting Hasbro.

And as an aside, going through the website, I was pretty much close to strangling the artists for having nearly everyone in the exact same pose, and one the tends to irritate the crap out of me.

They should make an episode called Dan Vs. My Little Horsey. I would pay them so much money.

I had an idea for a fanfic based around that actually.
Except it was more of Dan Vs. Lauren Faust.
According to him, Faust would be the leader of a cult, the cults are actually the fanbase, and with My Little Pony she managed to succeed in creating a humongous cult all across the country with ease and right under the governments nose.
Dan's plan would be to expose her for the fraud she is and get her show cancelled.
(Which would shortly be replaced by a show worked on by Craig McCracken)

I saw that same Tumblr, though as far as I know the link for the first six episodes is broken. Was able to download Dan vs. Technology just fine, but I've yet to check the other links.

Dan Vs. is the a great show and I'm satisfied to actually have watched the pilot episode when it came out. HA HA, I FOUND IT BEFORE YOU GUYS!

I like Dan because he was planing on slaughtering thousands of defenseless animals in a pound just because the noise they made kept him up at night, but then decided against it when he saw one kitten that he liked. Still blew up the pound though, he just let all the animals out first.

Did I mention he got the explosives using his comatose friend's credit card?

And in addition to episodes where people are killed, there's also that other episode where he blows up a car dealership AND doses a small town with a non-lethal but debilitating chemical weapon.

My girlfriend made me a reproduction of Dan's "JERK" shirt for my birthday. I flipped out, I was so happy. She also got me Persona 4, but that's unrelated.

I think if the animation was better, I'd watch it more frequently. It is interesting enough that I'll catch it every now and then.

I can see an artist being bothered by that, but as a writer the dialog in Dan Vs. more than makes up for any technical issues involved in the animation.

People as a whole really don't care if the animation is good or not. Just look at Beavis and Butthead. A six year old could animate better than that, yet people watch it.
