I'm confused, sorry, but will putting this on a USB, then booting the system with the USB get rid of Windows? Because I kinda like my Windows.

speaking as a person who ran boot-off-disc linux for a couple of months (my hard drive broke), this is incredibly awesome.

neither is jade nor is rose working.
the jade get's ms5sum wrong every download.
roses ms5sum turned out OK, but when i boot from it it ask for boot:
i tried entering boot.cat after looking into files, but that doesn't seem to work.
it never happened to me while installing Distro's, and believe me, I've installed A-lot of distro's.
any suggestions? btw the torrent's are completely dead.

I'm not sure what's up, but Rose doesn't seem to be working on m laptop. It'll run on my desktop though, so it's mysterious. Are the other ones still being worked on? I'd like to use the John one when it is complete.

I haven't had much time to tweak the John build, although I may create a dump of what I currently have at some point soon.

No, I don't believe it would, it would simply give you the option to boot either, before the Windows screen appears on startup. I have Ubuntu on my computer, and it always asks me which I want to run on startup, Ubuntu or Windows. But I don't know exactly how this OS works, so don't hold me responsible if I'm wrong. Just a little disclaimer there. But I'm pretty sure this dual-boot would work the same as any other dual-boot.
