Thread: Current Dinosaur Comics Discussion: SPOOKS!

  1. #401

Re: Current Dinosaur Comics Discussion: ZEPPELINS!

You know how the present is a point ever moving on through time. Have you ever imagined how all of history could culminate in one single point? The eternal present time. What if millions and billions of years were build-up for the perfect present day, the centre of the universe? If that point happened to be a hundred years ago, we would all be living 100 years in the future!

It's newtons law of cooling. It looks at least 300% more awesome when written as an integral instead of a differential equation.

Does this translate to T-Rex suggesting he and Utahraptor make out? 'Cause that's what it sounds like.

Yesterday's comic: I found this hilarious because I'm keeping up with the TV upfronts right now (I write for TV Guide) and there really are so many shows with these dumb pun names.

Man I dunno why T-Rex is creating such an elaborate scheme to get rid of the zombie goasts when all you have to do is blow up their house.

I'm on the edge of my seat!! I must know the ending. Do the vamp dinos discover a way to return to the real world? Or do they build a city in the ghost world, a rainy shadowy place where hard boiled ghost dinosaurs solve ghost crime?

Re: Current Dinosaur Comics Discussion: ZEPPELINS!

I recently learned on a cool podcast that Ryan has been on a couple times that you can have as many ghosts as you want in a space and it will never fill up, because ghosts are made of bosons rather than fermions! So T-Rex, there is really nothing to worry about: the non-zombie ghosts can just shove all the zombie ghosts in a closet somewhere and they will just chill there and they won't be a problem.

This reminds me of my own comic idea from a while back, in which Sherlock Holmes and Friar Tuck team up to solve mysteries and fight crime. It's called Holmes-Tuck.

A group has to claim an uncle’s inheritance by spending the night in a haunted mansion...but it’s actually a replica city in miniature! As they spend the night in the haunted city, one by one they are chased down by a killer in buzzing metal armor. No one knows who it is or how it kills, and no one sees it coming. Can they survive a night with...chainsawsuit.

Okay there are two thigns I'm mad about all this new gTLDs business. First off, no applications for ".WWW" and PERFECTLY SYMMETRICAL URL'S.

And secondly, did my city really pay for two proposals?

We didn't need ".BARCELONA" and ".BCN", guys, there's like a thousand proposals for ".BAR"!

Technically, if ever single particle and every bit of energy was changed that way, entropy would probably be advanced a lot instantaneously, too. And if that were the case, time would have actually changed, because time can be defined by the increasing entropy of the universe!

Ryan, 'Press X to Eat a Big Pie' was excellent. It completely lived up to my expectations and then some. I particularly liked the part where there were only a couple of blueberries left. I just wanted to say thank you for sharing it with us.

We can put comics on the internet, but we can't put comics on the moon? Get to work, NASA.

Although, it'd be cool if we could put the moon on the internet. Like some sort of Tron thing.
