Ontario Fans Anyone?

IS anyone planning on going to Fan Expo in this year? (If you don't know when that is, it's on the 23-26 of August)
I'm putting a cosplay group together, I need like 5 or 4 trolls or humans whatever you want dudes, there are only 3 people I have so far who might be in the cosplay group just so you know and they are all between the ages of 15-18. I won't really like make it official unless I get to some people personally, so it's not awkward I WANT TO BE FRIENDS WITH YOU IF YOU'RE INTERESTED

I am not sure what date we are going as a group, I'm hoping we can make it more than once, and we will be leaving super early, so we don't get stuck in those darned line ups. (IT WOULD BE BEST IF YOU ARE FROM TORONTO OR ANY OTHER PLACE NEAR THERE) I will be in Whitby during this so if you're from Whitby, Ajax, Oshawa or Pickering that would be awesome

Well, I'm not going to Fan Expo, but I'm going to Anime North next year. I'll probably be cosplaying Homestuck there.
Also, where do you live in the GTA/Toronto area? We should totally chill sometime. I know a ton of other homestuck fans.

Anime North is always the last weekend of May. I believe it's 24th to 26th again next year. I'd have to check a calendar to be sure, though.

Ahha, this is kind of late, but the AN meetups were really fun!
I was the PM with the regisword on Saturday and Sunday, if anyone remembers that. It was really fun cosplaying for the first time!

I graduated and i'll be going to Waterloo in September. I'll be living on res since my house is too far to commute, but I did spot a few other people going/already at Waterloo too. We might see each other around. :U

the above is me expressing anger at the fact that I am unable to attend any cons in the forseeable future. You all seem like such nice and enthusiastic people too. (but if i'm lucky, Fan Expo might be an option!)

The programs aren't ALL terrible, but a good portion of them are, and the administration sucks, but the teachers in the graphic design and networking department are pretty nice, and the staff in the cafeteria are all really nice, I will give them that. It is unfortunate that we never met, can't really blame you for wanting to leave Canadore though...

I was taking the Theatre Arts program under Rod Carley. The man is a creepy bastard and the program was falling to pieces. I heard great things about the rest of the school though.

Yowzers! I'm from the GTA/Ontario, so that's pretty sweet to see another homestuck fan nearby

we've got a whole fucking group here. But it's kinda scary, so try to stay out of it. There's this weird power struggle thing between people/the groups, and everyone is claiming everyone else of sexual harrasement and it's kinda scary like i said. the photoshoots lately are just these big piles of shit that are just the "admins" of the group trying to impress everyone so that they get to stay admin. It's boring and silly.

stay away from torontostuck/ontariostuck/fruity rumpus, no matter wut u do. meet people and stuff, but dont become entangled with the groups. just a heads up. Try to only go to events that are being held privately, with just you and some friends.

but ya, moving past the, "THE GROUPS ARE FUCKING DICKWADS", i'm from toronto!! Loads of fans in the area :P Nice to see another one
