Isn't it pretty good already? I mean, its stats are decent at worst, and its moveset is amazing.

But yeah, I'd like seeing one for Mawile as well. Since it and Sableye are counterparts to each other, though, I doubt that one would get an evolution but not the other. Of course, they did give evolutions to Magmar and Electabuzz but not Jynx, so you never know...

is there a cycling road in Johto?

there is one in Kanto... and it's available in those games... hell, Kanto has one big Square you can treat as a giant cycling road.
When I'm carrying an egg I use it all the time to waste time and up steps.

Go from lavender town all the way west to the cycling road, south to Fuchsia, all the way east til you can't go east anymore and then north to Lavender again... there is no grass you have to pass through... though you do have to be awake enough to steer around things.

Personally, I would like to see evolutions for both. In part just for the sake of seeing whether or not they could make Sableye more usable...

They need to be careful with sableye though. He does have those typings and it would be incredibly dumb for him to lose them due to evolution.

They already made Sableye usable in B/W by giving it Prankster (Always move first when using a non-damaging move)
Because of its typing and great support movepool this actually makes it a pretty great pokemon to have around

Give it Will-O-Wisp or Toxic, Recover and Nightshade or Foul Play and you're good

I'm going with how Unova is it's own area seperate from the first 4, the next generation will have evolutions just for Gen 5 pokemon.

Basculin deserves an evolution. I would have thought Red and Blue stripe versions would get seperate evolutions, which I guess would be awesome. Blue Stripe could evolve into a Tiger Fish looking pokemon, while Red Stripe would become something resembling a Lion Fish.

I also did not intend that to be 'lol cat named fish'. Tiger Fish are scary as shit. Lion fish are pointy like Red Stripe Basculin, well, way pointier, but you know what I mean.

Maractus is a cool pokemon and I think it should get something.


Additionally, There's a few dissapointments in typing that I wish were different. Beartic should be Ice/Fighting. Like, totes.

Yes it should. It won't though, game freak seems to absolutely despise the ice type with a vengeance so I don't really see a useful ice type coming out any time soon

Ice type is getting..better, well, it can't get too much better with it being the worst defensive type in the game, but, hey.

Vanilluxe is too damn cool for me to NOT use it. Look at the back of it's damn head.



I have to admit it suffers in movepool where it's just about all Ice.

If the damn thing got Energy ball, or Thunderbolt, It would be so much better. We'll have to see if BW2 expand any movepools or have tutors like 3rd games tend to do.

Not everything needs to be SUPER PRACTICAL in terms of the foyting part of the game, from a biologicamal standpoint having access to 'smaller' versions of Tropius and Kangeskan would make sense and be neat!
Besides, people like challenges and using Cute Small Pokemon would be one and having a good selection of them would be good too!!!
There doesn't need to be a reason for them and at the same time there doesn't need to be evolutions to them either!
Saying that no one cares about one is sort of presumptuous :/
