Welcome to The Undertower, a ripoff of Fatal Fortress and DungeonCrawl!
Four brave youths have embarked on a journey to The Undertower, a tower said to reach so far down into the earth it breaks into the core! The tower is rumored to be riddled with secrets, and nobody who's ever went in has ever come out!
(Well, except those that haven't gone too far in...)
To tell the truth, I just wanted to start my own of one of these. However, I will not include too many people until I am experienced and have finished other games.
~STATS~
Strength - Determines attack power and max HP.
Agility - Increases chance to dodge, and increases accuracy. Helps you be quicker.
Intelligence - Determines magic's damage, and its accuracy. Increases max SP. Also makes you smarter.
Luck - Increases chance of critical hit, and increases chance to dodge.
Spirit - Increases the power of healing spells and increases SP regeneration.
Defense - Decreases damage taken. This stat is usually increased by armor.
Magic defense - Decreases magical damage taken.
HP - Health points, Heart points, Hit points, etcetera. When depleted, you 'die'.
SP - Skill points, Special points, etcetera. Used for magics and skills. Can be
regenerated overtime.

NINJA
The Ninja is the most agile of all the classes, able to execute nimble manuevers with ease! Accurate and able to dodge nearly all the attacks, these stealthy fighters are very hard to bring down.

THIEF
Thieves are thieves, nomatter what! With the ability to steal items and open locked chests, these agile tricksters know how to survive!

TWIN BLADE
This class knows Dual Wield from the start- making them deadly fighters! What they lack in defense they make up for with incredible attacks!

WARRIOR
These battle-hardened knights can weild the heaviest of equipment, able to tear through foes and withstand blows with ease. The strongest class.

ARCHER
Masters of combat from afar, aim far and aim true, you can never go wrong with a good ranged damage-dealer! Very accurate.

MAGUS
These magic-users know all sorts of elemental spells to sling at their enemies! The smartest class, they have a large vocabulary of spells capable of blasting enemies from afar.

CLERIC
Masters of white magic, the Cleric can not only heal their allies but fight too! White magic is not only for healing and Clerics can prove it! Has the highest spirit of all classes.

MEDIC
These capable healers are tough enough to get right into battle and heal as well as fight! When magic just doesn't cut it, physical healing can come through and save the day!

Be a buccaneer and show 'em how it's done! Capable of both ranged and melee combat, these guys are almost as tough as warriors! Yikes!

Golem Project
Month X, Day O
Luckily for me, the General's orders were to create something large and powerful,
which brought out my creative side. I have begun working on a titan of rock,
called the Golem.
So far the project is working perfectly. I have chosen stone as a base material.
Riding and his assistance are helping me out extraordinarily with this project.
With them on the team, I'm CERTAIN nothing could go wrong!

Month X, Day X
The work on the Golem has been stressful, but it didn't take long for its body shape
to be finalized. Standing in front of me at this very moment is an inanimate Golem,
cast in the hardest rock. Now it's my turn to come into play- This is where I begin
the animation process, the steps for life.

Month X, Day #
I can't believe my eyes! The Golem has come to life, and I can feel the earth quaking
inside of it. It's no longer just a hunk of rock, but a living being of the earth!
I'm sure the General will be pleased, because me, and everyone on the team
sure is. It doesn't seem hostile to us and does not wish to 'destroy', as some
of us have been anxious about. We are to start work on another Golem soon!

Month X, Day *
We have all the stone ready, and we're going to make another Golem today.
It's already starting to look like the other Golem! I feel the same excitement as I
had felt before, when we were making the first one!
Its form is nearly complete already. With these beautiful works of art on our side,
we'll be unstoppable.

I've successfully animated another Golem, and now there are two. They look very
similar, but assured, there are differences. The Golems seem fond of eachother,
and it only makes me feel better to see them like this.
We've decided to try and make Golems out of another material. I can only
imagine the thousands of different types of Golems we can make!

It's been a while, but we've finally found enough Mithril to start this project.
A Golem made of Mithril! Surely nothing of it could have ever been heard of in
the past. The other two have not been a problem, but the General has been
acting strangely around them.
Now that the mithril is set into place, we can rest.

It's the day of testing to see if this Golem will come alive. It's much fiercer than the
others already!
It's come alive! This indigo beast is finally alive... I've never seen anything more
beautiful! If I can find a material strong enough, I could make an invincible Golem!

I've been researching to find out about any other metals and elements that could
make a Golem stronger. Strangely enough, there was a book about just this sort
of thing, and it had Golems in it! It's disheartening to hear that I'm not the first to
make these rocky giants, but I think we've found a material strong enough to make
an invincible Golem.
It's an extremely dark, glassy substance. I can only shiver at the thought of a
Golem made out of this!
The pages after this point are blank. The book seems old and decrepit.
