so i went on a shmupping binge last night and downloaded a whole bunch of random freeware games. i was SUPER impressed with this one's soundtrack. game is called genetos(obv) and can be found pretty easily online.

Indie games seem to have great music, and DEFCON, for being a strategy game about nuclear war has AMAZING music.

Although I have to admit I don't like *all* the songs, just some of them. Have you actually played the game? They repeat the same motif so many times throughout the game I kind of got bored of it =| Then again, I suppose it is kind of important because [REDACTED REDACTED SO VERY REDACTED]

I have played it, but not all the way through. I always love the music, it really adds to the atmosphere of the different areas along with the different visuals.
