I decided to include Serenity as well. And yeah, with all these characters the OP might not look that nice anymore, so I'm going to organize it a bit. Check in a few minutes.

In addition, I don't think Skaia clouds should count, those events are taking place at an unknown point in time.

If we take R???'s location to be cloud (or cloun), all of them ought to be, since that's the medium through which we are seeing all of the teens in this update. For the sake of disambiguation, the current labels seem more appropriate. Maybe a 'cloun' in parentheses afterwards, though. (cloun)

Now, they are all clearly visibly being seen in clouds. Why exactly should that not count in the Red Universe Characters Last Seen Chart? I am a bit of a literalist, so I interpret the intention of the tracker as "When did the up-to-date reader last get a good eyeful of <given character>, regardless of what time in the story chronology that eyeful takes place?". That generally seems to be the direction this thread has erred toward in the past, as well.

If you think of it that way, it's really simple. If you clearly see the character, there may as well be an updated tracker. And as long as people are willing to make them, why stop it?

Thing is, for the others we can make reasonable guesses of where they are, based on more than just where we last saw them. R??? has likely left her room at some point, to get the hub thing, and possibly the window and/or the catblock. (Having not seen basically any of her house, I don't know for sure where those are kept.) Her background is unusually plain, and we don't know where she's been when. Thus, I don't think we can viably say that she's in her room.

Well, I'm not so sure about Mom, Bro and Jake either, but Jane should count either way. She is her dreamself and the most likely situation is that this is her just after her real self died. I understand that it's confusing with the 3 other Kids. Maybe we should use a split-screen with this image and the previous image? This could work until we see those 3 again and we can be sure 'when' they are.

For the record, the troll tracker (the first of these threads) was meant to show us where every troll had been most recently on their timelines, and it didn't include visions of the future like the weird Karkat/Gamzee bit in the Zillyhoo flash. Thus, its author wouldn't have counted these since they're cloud images and don't really tell us what the kids are up to.

Nah, the current Post-Scratch Kids image is good for now! You really don't have to put static in their places! I'll just keep the current image until the next time we see them and then we'll see if that's alright by everyone.

Also, thanks for the carapace update. I promised I'd do it today, but if you didn't do that it probably wouldn't have happened as I'm feeling a bit sick now. Oh yeah, you forgot to change her location, but I fixed that for you. :3
