Minor Character Rankings

This thread is the reboot of the first Minor Charter Ranking thred, here. The last thread ha to be rebooted because it was to close to Bro's death and he had all the votes. All of them. For those of you who missed it, here is how we do it!

• Each person has 100 "votes" to use. You may vote for whichever charter you deem suitable.
• Since this is Minor Character rankings, you can not vote for any of the 4 kids or twelve trolls.
• I will try to make certain, within reason, that all votes are going to who they meant to. (Rose's Cat will go to Jaspers, Author will probably go to Aurthour)
• If you edit or change your votes, either PM me or post it in the thread. You must have the post number, the new vote and what you used to have. If you don't have that it will be terribly confusing, and your vote might not be counted.
• All exiles will be referred to by their initials to avoid confusion. (Both Aimless Renegade and Authority Regulator will go to AR)
