I figure they would know because the slime isn't miscible with water. It's like that rubbery goop they used to sell as "slime". You know, the stuff that if you poured it into a can or glass and then pushed your hand in it would make a fart sound. Like that except a bit thinner. So during the day, while the wiggler sleeps, the urine would just rise to the top, forming little pools on the surface. The clearly must know it happens, otherwise that scene where kanaya sees the bucket fall on john's head wouldn't cause kanaya to feel the shame of a thousand cocoon wetting wigglers

Terezi has this almost, roofie-d personality. No, not quite stoned like Gamzee is, but like, her movements and speech patterns make it seem like she's drugged. When she moves, it's always in a kind of dizzy, erratic fashion, like, to get into bed, she takes a few small steps and just falls into it.
For speech patterns, constantly trying stifle laughter through a sort of high-pitched, feminine but-not-girly voice. Damn, why can't I give better examples?
Also, the Alternian military just has this facade of order. Instead, the generals sort of pick which "chapters" they want to use and point them in the direction of the enemy. Go nuts. No standard loadout, just whatever you can grab from the armory, which is like a fun pit full of guns and swords and laser pistols.
sounds more like she has a bad case of social anexiaty rather. A lot of people with that are jittery/over-excited around other people and have a habit of laughing nervously when they talk.
The trolls that lived by themself tend to have the most reason to have social disorders. The ones you see with RL friends are perhaps the most "normal" of the group (you can talk to people online as much as you want, but it isn't aways a substitute to having a friend actually in the room with you to talk to). Terezi lived in her tree house by herself in imagination land, she only had a lusus when she was a sleep, and then one of her few friends she met in person betrayed her then blinded her, as well as cripple and kill the rest of the gameing group. While Vriska still had rivalries with Eridan and carried on, Terezi had basically got cut off from the outside world and relied on her computer to talk to anybody. o_0
I'm kind of partial to Terezi.... I use to read some of her lines.... even though i kind of sound like a little boy (i'm an adult woman).

Back before the god tier shenanigans of A5A2,
I had an idea that John was going to have to stay behind while the other three kids continued their lives.
He would then become his own father, giving up his own future to raise himself to help the others succeed.
I guess it could still work, but it seems not quite as probable at the moment.

SBurb headcannon:
There is a lot more to SBurb house building than we've seen.
Sleeping in a quest bed has uses other than becoming God Tier. I imagine it does something to living dream selves similar to what corpse smooches do, except lasting only as long as the player sleeps in their quest bed rather than being permanent. In a "normal" SBurb session, quest beds will be used for that more than they're used to reach God Tier. Quest Crypts have an analogous but different effect on dead alternate selves which is encountered less often, which may or may not have been why Aradia became a ghost when she died.
There are places where a player can expend boonbucks to expand the horizontal range of a server player's powers.
When Sollux eats the mind honey, he hears the lyrical portion of The Blind Prophet on repeat, getting louder and louder the longer he goes without using his optiic bla2t.

That's where Jadesprite and Davesprite met, and Nannasprite was heading there when she found her son's PDA. This is partly because Skaia is their power source as the Green Sun is that of the First Guardians, but the place they're drawn to is also a safeish area the players can easily access when they go to the Battlefield, and is "meant" to serve as a place for the players to go to see how the released sprites are going.

Speaking of SPURB Headcanons,
SPURB originally had nothing to do with death killing, or Lord english. Originally it was made by a god(dess) (perhaps Godhead pickleinspector?) who was either A) Too lazy to make a new universe themselves, or B) wanted their creations to realize how awesome being a God was. So they created a game, which was pretty much just the Sims with exploring elements. They would solve their COnsort's/Denizen's problems, Breed the genisis frog, and make a new universe. But then, at some point, Lord English breeched the game, infecting it like a virus, adding in Underlings, causing the two kingdoms of Prospit and Derse to go to war, and made it possible to die. Horror terrors also breeched the game, but possed a more passive intruision then English. They mostly just bum around, and occasionaly makes Derse players Grimdark. The current Game we see now, is Virtually unreconizable from it's original form.
That before she met the Sufferer, the Disciple was known as the Huntress.
Feferi was awake on Derse long before the game started. Her lusus taught her horrorterror speak and helped her awaken so she could be guided by the whispers from the Furthest Ring, like Jade and Kanaya were guided by the clouds on Prospit.
Also, she saw Aradia's dreamself's funeral procession when Aradia died in real life, but this is completely irrelevant to everything.

Nepeta is the shortest, at about 4'9". she's very lean, much like a barn cat or tiny lion
Aradia is approximately 4 inches taller than Nep, with a fairly average structure
Karkat is 5'5", and very annoyed that his girlfriend is taller than him
Terezi is 5'6", and again nothing too special appearance-wise
Feferi is 5'7" with a well-toned swimmer's physique
Sollux is about half an inch taller than Fef with generic stringy geek boy body
Vriska is 5'8" (lolol) and mildly curvy
Kanaya is 5'9", slender, and very model-esque
Eridan is about 5'10 and gets indignant whenever anyone calls him a hipster
Tavros was 5'11", but the robot legs added about two inches. he's also got very muscular arms and pecs from the wheelchair
Equius is 6'2" and freaking monstrous for his age
Gamzee is 6'4", but slouches to about 6' even
I've always pictured them as about the same hight. Even if they were different hights, I don't think gamzee would be the tallest. Probably Equius.
Ok. I can get behind that. Actually, I kinda like that, knowing that badass miss Mindfang had the nerdy name of Aranea the entire time.
There are not exactly twelve shades of troll blood. There are twelve blood types and each one has a small range of shades within it. (Analogous shades, not ridiculous unrelated rainbow nonsense)
The trolls we know, having been created through ectobiology and therefore not subject to the mixing up of genetics that occurs during normal troll reproduction, are examples of the absolute purest shades in each of their blood types (except for lime).
When seadwellers get angry, their fins/gills puff out, almost like a betta fish.
Meenah has a bigger problem with this than most seadwellers do.
Also, since trolls are hatched and not born, they don't have bellybuttons.
