I'm pretty sure it's the "none"s on the next line of each thread.

    OOOhhhh I get it:

The new (PHPBB3-old) icons were used, but the legend uses the old (pre-MSPA Classic theme-old) icons.

That's a known and low-priority thing, if I recall correctly.

Could... we have it in classic? I don't use normal because I don't like it stretching to fit my widescreen. Actually its no big deal.

Anyway Rince do you know how the green theme on the main mspa works? I'd like to be able to ungreen it for reasons.

    It's not a "theme".

It's how the site looks now.

I intended to, I just ran out of free time before I made a Classic version. So that will probably be a thing that happens.

Oh I figured it out, you just have to axe the scratch.php from the url. I'm currently reading though the story with someone, and I don't want the surprise to be ruined for them.

    Also most sweet Rincebrain!

    Re: Theme and Style Issues

I guess what happens is that Andrew snapped some INCLUDEs on the .php (?) making these pages that made all the tables that funny color.

    EDIT: whoops, ninjaed.

EDIT2: Using the cache before p=005663 also works.

That version of it should only appear on pages within this one narrative context.

(Ah I see...once you get to scratch.php, it stays there in all of the other links, like going back and such)

You can also just get back by clicking on MS PAINT ADVENTURES or the big banner at the top.

EDIT: Or the cue ball above the news.

    Re: Theme and Style Issues

I haven't used themes before, but I really love the new Doc Scratch theme so I decided to give it a try.

Problem is- every time I navigate to another page of the forum, the theme resets to the default. I've tried changing the theme in the "General Settings" menu (which does nothing) and I can change the theme on any given page by using the drop-box at the bottom, but as mentioned, this change is only temporary until I go to a different page.

I'm using the newest version of Chrome on OS X 10.5.8, if that helps at all.

Fascinating. Have you tried logging out and back in? If so, have you tried logging out and then nuking all of your cookies from orbit?

If so, I'll be downright fascinated to try and debug this.

    Re: Theme and Style Issues

    ^Tried it, still no luck.

Also, another thing I've noticed is that if I'm on the main forum page (just as an example, this happens on every page) and I set the theme to [o] using the drop box and then move to a sub-forum like MSPA Comic Discussion, the theme resets to default (as mentioned earlier). Now, if I click Back to go back to the main forum page, the green theme is still applied, but if I click the "MSPA Forum" link to get back to the same page, the theme resets.

Thanks for the speedy response, by the way!

I'm using Chrome as well and I'm having the same problem with the Scratch theme.

Yeah, I just tried using Safari and Firefox and the theme works perfectly fine, so it's definitely an issue with Chrome.

    Re: Theme and Style Issues

I just attempted this - newest version of Google Chrome on OSX 10.6.7 - and it's working fine for me both from the settings panel and the dropdown menu.

See, the amusing thing is, I'm using Chrome too, and did most of my testing of it in Chrome, and haven't had this problem.

I would guess you should clear your browser cache from orbit, as it's possible Chrome is doing something silly with caching the theme in a way associated with pages. I'm not really seeing, in a quick bit of thinking about it, how it could be failing that way otherwise.

Re-cleared the cache and cookies and now everything seems to be working just fine. Thanks for the help!
