I'm pretty sure it's the "none"s on the next line of each thread.
It's the Icon Legend.
That's a known and low-priority thing, if I recall correctly.

I haven't used themes before, but I really love the new Doc Scratch theme so I decided to give it a try.
Problem is- every time I navigate to another page of the forum, the theme resets to the default. I've tried changing the theme in the "General Settings" menu (which does nothing) and I can change the theme on any given page by using the drop-box at the bottom, but as mentioned, this change is only temporary until I go to a different page.
I'm using the newest version of Chrome on OS X 10.5.8, if that helps at all.
Fascinating. Have you tried logging out and back in? If so, have you tried logging out and then nuking all of your cookies from orbit?
If so, I'll be downright fascinated to try and debug this.
^Tried it, still no luck.
Also, another thing I've noticed is that if I'm on the main forum page (just as an example, this happens on every page) and I set the theme to [o] using the drop box and then move to a sub-forum like MSPA Comic Discussion, the theme resets to default (as mentioned earlier). Now, if I click Back to go back to the main forum page, the green theme is still applied, but if I click the "MSPA Forum" link to get back to the same page, the theme resets.
Thanks for the speedy response, by the way!
I'm using Chrome as well and I'm having the same problem with the Scratch theme.
Yeah, I just tried using Safari and Firefox and the theme works perfectly fine, so it's definitely an issue with Chrome.
I'm using chrome, and it works perfectly for me.
~Ion496. Need I say more?
See, the amusing thing is, I'm using Chrome too, and did most of my testing of it in Chrome, and haven't had this problem.
I would guess you should clear your browser cache from orbit, as it's possible Chrome is doing something silly with caching the theme in a way associated with pages. I'm not really seeing, in a quick bit of thinking about it, how it could be failing that way otherwise.
Re-cleared the cache and cookies and now everything seems to be working just fine. Thanks for the help!
