I'm glad to see you realise that you've done something to get up our collective noses, but like he says I can't really trust your ability to realise what you've done wrong unless you spell it out yourself. Seeing as you've apologised, I feel a lot of what you did wasn't wilful maliciousness so much as ignorance, and an apology with a promise for nonspecific good behaviour isn't really promising much at all.
