You guys realize that no sane person would be distracted by ridiculous stuff like that, right? And that the guy is at the other end of the hallway, and probably couldn't hear anyway?

Switch in spiritomb, because ExtremeSpeed can't hurt ghosts.

Hey, I just think the trainers need to know about the great deals there are on non-FDA approved alternative medicine.

Sir, might I advise attempting to take one of Arcanine's fire-based attacks with your Houndoom? Its Flash Fire ability would boost all of Houdoom's fire attacks. Then perhaps use them against the Noctowl to finish it off?

That already happened when Arc was using Flare Blitz and Houndoom came onto the field. What did you think all that fire surrounding Houndoom was?

Set Houndoom against Noctowl. Send out Spiritomb to face Arcanine, hit it with a Sucker Punch when it tries to attack again, you should be able to hit it hard before it can touch you.

Reflect could well have been a signal. Just take a quick look behind you. And get Houndoom to back it up with a Fire Blast, maybe?

Ooh, Reflect. The only suitable pokemon to fight on that end is Houndoom; your other 'mon use mostly physical attacks. No reason to swap out just yet, though since we've got a pair of Dark types out I wouldn't put it past this guy to pull a Fighting or Bug type. Probably fighting, though, as a Bug'd get roasted by Houndoom there. Speaking of which, Houndoom might as well use Nasty Plot in prep for the next round.

Hm. Something's telling me to swap Spiritomb for Crobat, but there's no real reason I can think of.

And yeah, I'd watch out for any back-up this guy might have along with him.

Now would be a good time to have all the pokemon disable him - permanently - it would probably be a good idea to join in yourself assuming that your pokemon don't mind.

Yeah, we've got two brains here (though one is a bit unstable) - we could probably take advantage of that for faster reaction time.

90% chance of barrier around target. Suggest alternate form of attack.

    >"He used Reflect, an invisible shield meant to slow, dull, and or completely stop physical attacks. That move stays on the field even after his nocowl returned.
    Recommendation for plan:
    1) negotiate temporary truce to escape
    2) If battle continue: command soultomb to use will-o-wisp to bypass Reflect and generally burn him. Prep houndoom for next fight with nasty plot.
    3) Take this advice: Be cautious of his last pokemon. Most likely he called back his owl so not to be hurt by collateral damage from his last pokemon, using the Reflect from earlier to shield himself. If this is true, then his last pokemon must be one that uses strong physical moves in a wide area. Most likely a Fighting type. possibility of types like Dragons and Ground types are also high.

I'm sure the pokemon will respond well to the trainer running - I have a feeling rocket pokemon don't have the self sacrificial ethic normal ones do (especially when you're not their original trainer), and I doubt we want to piss them off.
