Make sure that you leave that last slot open for when Nincada evolves so that you can get Shedinja.

With Will-O-Wisp and Trick, Choice Band is nearly useless on that Spiritomb.

The idea is that you trick the choice band onto the opponent, silly. If you time it right, they're stuck with a move that they won't want to keep using; it's especially nice against special sweepers.

*>Objectives, conditions for success and failure*

"...That's a pretty disappointing first question... do you have any information at all? Ha... well... we...well, our entire team... was sent here to infiltrate this facility, and take their key research. Usual Team Rocket stuff... but this was our largest scale operation yet. I'm not even sure what exactly we were supposed to find, but boss was certain it was down here. Haaa.... I really hope you're high tech enough to understand what I'm saying. Anyway... Our mission pretty much already failed. Most of our team was caught above ground, and only four of us made it to the basement. Luckily, we managed to blow up most of the elevators, so there won't be anyone extra coming down to capture us."

    ...

"If there is even an us left. Judging from the fact that Boss is already down, I doubt the other two got anywhere."

    *> Who that girl was*

"She's the head of our team in the operation. She was pretty damn good... tsk. Can't believe she died. I really can't. But..."

    "Hall of Fame data."

    "...what?"

"Just tell me what you're trying to do right now, I'll work out the rest as you go along."

"...you will, huh? I didn't know rocketbots had rational thinking... is that a standard feature? "No, I don't think it was... Oh well. I'm trying... to... live, I think. "
"The best I can, at the moment. "
"Although the situation is incredibly bleak... I think I'll just try to complete the mission. If I do that, I'll definitely be considered valuable enough to break out of prison. Yeah. I'll bank on that."

"...I see that you can talk to yourself. That's..."

    *>Enemy*

"Back to sounding robotic, huh? Alright... Enemies... I don't know for sure. I know this basement level is a company secret, so I doubt there are police down here... unless they managed to follow that other guy...Right, there's one person I know of. I can't make out the details, but I remember, before I passed out..."

"Right after we blew up the bottom of the main elevators, I saw this guy diving out of the service elevator, chasing us... I distinctly recall that that elevator had been destroyed at the top, so he must have climbed down... whoever it was meant business. Besides him, I can't really say. My memory is hazy now. I think I was knocked out or something. Anyway. I'm not staying around in here. I don't know who's coming, and it doesn't do me any good to hide. If I get into a battle, I'll need you to advise me. I truly don't know a thing about this."

Seems like he plans to compete the mission rather than escape.

Also, don't you have pokemon of your own?

Evaluating current key threat... approaching human.

Observation - current threat descending shaft seems beyond realistic human capabilities.
Conclusion - current threat possesses Pokemon granting ability to safely scale shaft.

    Evaluating movepool...
Conclusion - current threat likely has Vine Whip in their party.
Conclusion - current threat likely possesses a Grass-Type Pokemon.

    Evaluating available movepool...
Advise - initiate combat sequence with Fire-Type Houndoom.
Secondary Advise - assume current threat possesses more than one Pokemon. Prepare to switch out Houndoom in response to unfavourable type matchups.

It's a Daruma doll, crossed with an ape.

Remember, if you can't figure out what a Pokemon is supposed to represent, it's probably something Japanese that you're not familiar with.
