My those were some exciting shenanigans you pulled off to make it up here without using the elevator. You aren't entirely sure what happened, especially the bit with the Bear on Floor 26. And there was that incredibly long, fairly tangential bit where you tried to bake cookies in the Security break room. You have no idea where that came from, or how you ended up with Brownies, but they came in handy when those guards cornered you. And then there was the Time Machine you found in the Physics Lab, and that weird chemical you drank in the Chemistry Lab when you accidentally Disguised yourself as an experimental test subject. And the bit on Floor 21 with the fake limb storage. Your memory is abit spotty (Probably as a result of that Chemical), but you didn't set off the alarm, you managed to not level up any of your skills (Probably the chemical again), but you aren't feeling weird anymore which means it's probably worked its way through your system by now. Ah well, you're sure none of that stuff will come back to haunt you.
Anyway, you're on floor 30. A security guard is sitting at his desk, distracted (That link you sent to the entire security department mailing list when you were on floor 14 seems to have done the trick). A pair of scientists appear to be chatting, talking about boring science stuff. There are several doors leading to labs, each appears to have a keycard lock.

You recall that your disguise works a lot like a camera. It bases itself off somebody else. Your Identity Theft skill isn't high enough to impersonate specific people well enough to fool those familiar with them, but you could mimic an outfit, like a Guard's uniform or a Scientists outfit easily enough. After that it's up to your Fraud and Identity Theft skills and how bright the guards are.
Image seems kinda unnecessary, but it doesn't feel right unless I have at least one.

You don't know the Scientist's Names, so you call them Al and Bob.

Al: So, did you get kicked out of your lab too?
Bob: Yeah. I hope these renovations get finished soon.
Al: Not likely, there isn't even anybody in there, they just threw drop cloths everywhere and tore the walls down, then they left, something about “Waiting for parts”.
Bob: Wait, they tore the walls down?
Al: Yeah, in both our labs. Standing in my lab you can see straight on through to Carl's. Of course, they havn't started on his yet, higher ups are letting him finish his project.
Bob: But if they havn't torn down his walls yet, how do you see into his lab?
Al: They tore down YOUR wall, in the process, his went down too, seeing as in a way it's both your walls.
Bob: Shut up.

You set your disguise to Guard and approach the scientists. A quick glance at their nametags reveals that their names are indeed Al and Bob, must be that killer intellect you'd like to be famous for at work.

Johnny:"Hey we had a uh 'Blip' come up on your card. I'm going to need to run a check on it. You know how things are here."

Al: We do?
Johnny Rouge: Yeah, with security and all.
Bob: Well, you see, we just got transferred here a few weeks ago, havn't learned all the ins and outs of the organization yet. At the Southern Headquarters, if you get a “Blip” on your card you'd get dragged to a cell and horribly interrogated for hours.
Al: Well it depended on exactly what happened, sometimes they just took you into the broom closet and slapped you around a little. One of the guards was rather nice about it, before he started he'd ask if there were any bones you especially needed not broken.
Bob: Ah yes, good ‘ol Frank. Shame he accidentally wandered onto the weapons lab Live-Fire range.
Al: Yeah, somehow my card got Blipped for that. Speaking of which, what type of Blip is this about?

Al: So, no horrible interrogation?
Johnny Rouge: No horrible Interrogation. Just hand over your card so I can run some tests.
Al: Okay, it's not like my lab is any use to me anyway, what with the walls down and everything. Here you go, just get it back to me as soon as you can, It takes forever to get a new one of those.

Actually, any image helps identify the post as a story post, and adds a nice atmosphere. Even just headshots of the characters in front of their lines helps a lot. Look at Alanna by Baphomet for a good example.

Hold up a second, where are the doors to labs B and C? There may be fewer people around them, and you should be able to move around between them from the inside thanks to the incredibly convenient construction work.

You head out, then dropping both your Disguise, and Security Chief Browning's Spare Hat (That you got from somewhere) so as to avoid suspicion, you move in and enter lab A.

At which point alot of exciting stuff starts to happen, only Inkscape breaks ,losing it all, and the artist is tired so he says "Screw It" and decides to finish the update after work tomorrow.

While there, you get a look at the Guard's screen. He's watching amusing cat videos. Looks like they don't send the brightest bulb in the box to guard abunch of labs currently under renovation.

You slip into Lab A, as you overheard, the walls have been knocked in and everything is covered with Dust Sheets. Looking through the wall holes you see a similarly decorated Lab B, and through that into the still active Lab C which has lots of fancy looking equipment, and somebody hanging from the ceiling garroting a scientist.
