CLICK SPOILER FOR SIG:
Anyone heard of Katy Towell? She makes pretty cool and slightly creepy cartoons.
It's the frantic whispering that makes it creepy for me.
Yeah, that's the main creepy element.
I found this thing

The ending to Eraser Head just freaks me out.
I think some of the worst things someone can experience are auditory and visual hallucinations, I've had these since I was a baby.
But like...wow...when you see bodies jerking around by their intestines on buildings and no-faced, long-legged humanoid things speedwalking towards you from afar it gets very intense.
you die in the mii channel you die in the real world
Any of you guys ever experience sleep paralysis? It's like a dark realm in between sleeping and being awake. You're trapped in your body and feel yourself slowly sinking into your bed, but you can't wake up. I get it maybe twice a year, and it never gets better.
Uch, I hate it. I know I'm in no danger, but that doesn't stop me from freaking out about murderers slooowly sneaking up on me whie i just can't move. The worst bit is it usually leads on from a lucid dream, meaning you go from the thrill of complete power in your own little world to freaking out over the complete lack of control over anything other than the struggle to open your eyes.

I don't find most of the creepy things that normal people don't like that disturbing but things that I personally find discusting are the things that creep me out the most. Monsters and stuff like that have always been more of something cute. But then again I have also seen and heard things that dont exist since I was a kid so that might have something to do with it. Also I guess things that give me nightmares are usually made up by my own mind or then are just fears of those that actually are important to me hurting or dying.
Well here's something semi-creepy that made one of my friends unable to eat icecream for a month :''D (it worked on me though, went right ahead to eat some :3)

You'd be a big fan of the Guinea Pig series then, Charlie Sheen thought the second movie was actually a snuff film.
I hate to be off topic, but man does this bring back weird memories. I don't really like scary things, but at some point, back when people like fait and Jitka were still around, I actually posted here... repeatedly. :O Now Jitka is Internet Famous, fait is a ghost, and Marelo is God-King of us all (that happened, right?). And no one on this page joined before 2010... until now. :<

BOO!
Hrm... Honestly, I don't know that any of them but Mermaid in a Manhole would be up my alley. From the Asian side of things, I go more for the Meatball Machine or Tetsuo: The Iron Man sort of direction.
People cutting up other people isn't exactly scary to me. A human body transforming, becoming other, becoming horrific, often without explanation. That's more what I'm talking about. I guess Kafka's Metamorphosis plus way too much David Cronenberg kind of put a dent in the brain.

once i had a dream. and in it some one woke me up, and my eyes opened. opening your eyes in the middle of rem sleep is terrifying. during that time you are paralyzed, so you don't act out your dreams. that's great and all except when you wake up to it. completely unable to move just lying in bed like a log, and then it hit's you. a feeling that you are not alone. that there is something there with you. just out of eye sight. something that wants to hurt you, down to you very soul, and you can't stop it.
it's called sleep paralysis, and statistically speaking every one will experience it at least once in their life. the "at least" part scares me because it means this could happen again.
my signature is so bland so i'll just make it look fancy.
Oh my gosh it's weird you mention this because I had something similar happen not long ago :0 It was so freaky...it honestly felt like I was awake, but I guess I really wasn't? So weird. I remember trying to move my arm and it was like..really heavy and I couldn't..and I was honestly scared. I finally woke up and was able to actually move again but oh my gosh..it was one of the scariest things (if not THE scariest) that's ever happened to me.

Add me please! I needs me some chums to pester! :]
I think the sensation of something evil/threatening in the room with you when you experience sleep paralysis comes from the brain getting into a hyper vigilant state, to the point that any stimuli is considered a threat.

For me the thing was trying to make me go deaf it started as a ringing and became a roar like the loudest thing I've ever heard. Then I lurched and could move again.

*fangirl mode* IT'S THAT GUY. I LOVE HIM, HE IS ONE OF MY FAVORITE ILLUSTRATORS EVER. IF I WAS HALF THE ARTIST HE WAS I WOULD STILL BE AWESOME. DAMN IT, I NEED TO READ THE LAST BOOK IN THE LEVIATHAN TRILOGY. Both the pictures and the story are awesome. It's a favorite author/favorite artist 2x combo.
I know this is from many pages back, but I saw it and I have to agree. I like the Anthropophagus.
Me going mad or "losing it"...
Yeaahhh...
Not that it will ever happen but sometimes I really scare myself >.>

Yes, reading this entire thing over a period of three hours, 10pm until 1am, was absolutely a good decision that I will not regret.
It's so good though. It's like Problem Sleuth except instead of finding candy corn and sculpted busts of famous actors, there's a puzzle that involves a severed finger in a case, guarded by a mutated, bleeding fetus, which is actually quite charming. When you see it, you'll be thinking, "Oh thank god, it's just a severed finger and a fetus. That's not too bad."

Acid noiserock hell.
I found this on tumblr. I don't know what it is or where it's from, but this thing is just horrible.
