There has been one Touhou movie and one episode of one Touhou anime. The movie is utter shit and the anime is mediocre. Neither are official. This isn't official either. Will probably come out at the festival like the first PV did.

I personally liked A Summer Day's Dream. Mediocre does fit the bill more or less since it was good but nothing outstanding. If we're thinking of the same Touhou movie, yeah, that one was pretty lousy. They relied too much on special effects.

Everyone got worked up? There are a gazillion of these.

Of fully animated but not in flash completely original but unofficial Touhou animations there are exactly several. As far as being polished and actually looking like it might be any good there have been about two. One was from Touhou Kinema Kan and it was the top Touhou video on Nico Douga for a while and some people such as myself thought it was going to blow Summer Day's Dream out of the water. Before it had turned out to be cute but short and not even really an anime, but this time it looks like it might be the real thing.
