Have your thief interact with the robo-mouse and he'll bring candle fat back with him and you and the gambler should chat with the tiny box of stuff until you recieve a cloth. combine these to get polish and give it to the ruby and you'll be laughing, 'specially as he opens the lid for you, make sure you have the 'grease the hinges of fate' spell for the gambler if you need to return.
'course I now need to get the gambler back in to my party after escaping the jewelry box, I know he's at the pit fights and wants something called dark tokes but that's all.
ah the 'dark totes' are none other than the black totem poles that you have been collecting since the beginning! i belive you have to give him 151, make sure you get the secret one in the Cragle coves, right next to the robonotron. Once you give him these he should return to the party.
I am stumped at the Gates of Ironic Ironies. I have the required items: The 3-d glasses of Belignarr, The Osmosis Mask and the Rubix cube of destiny but I have no idea what to do with them! HELP!
That one took me a while to figure out, too. The trick is, you know how the clue says you need them in the dungeon beyond the gate? Well, it's the Gate of Ironic Ironies, so you can only get past it if you *don't have any of the items*. Tell your thief to steal them from you and run away, then the gate will open. Then use the Walkie-Talkie to tell him to throw the items through the gate so you can use them; be warned, though, once you pick them up, the gate will close again and you won't be able to leave until you finish the dungeon. (I won't spoil what happens to let you get out, I'll just say that it's one of the most awesome scenes in the game.)
But now I'm stuck in the Iron Chimera's fortress. I've gotten the hang of using the magnetism spell to move around, but in the room with the iron blocks, every time I try to magnetically grab the rafter, instead I bring a block over to the wall I'm standing next to and get crushed to death. Am I supposed to use something other than magnetism here?

Ah. I see what the problem is. Remember that Iron-to-Gold Elixir the alchemist gave you? Magnets don't attract gold, so douse the blocks in it and your problem is solved.
Me? I've gotten past that and I'm at the Iron Chimera's furnace. The Giggling Fire keeps asking me riddles. Every time I answer a riddle it throws another one at me, whether I answered right or wrong. I can't spend the rest of my life answering riddles. How do I get it to stop?

My projects Meda Peda... Meta Peta... Macarena... I'm not sure what these blue things are called, but apparently I have 6 of them. And the guy behind them made my avatar.
Oh that's the easy part. All you have to do is grab the magical water heater bomb of muteness, and throw it at the Giggling Fire. If that doesn't put it out, you're pretty doomed.
But I got stuck right after that. Anyone know how to defeat the Giant Ninja Spider Mole? It keeps killing me in one hit with its mystical claws made out of pure katana.
You're not supposed to actually fight it, you have to run away. Then it chases you through the fortress. You have to take a convoluted route that eventually brings you to the Iron Chimera's door. Then the Giant Ninja Spider Mole will catch up to you, and a cutscene occurs where it attacks, you dodge, and it destroys the door. Afterwards, the Iron Chimera kills it for insubordination.
And speaking of that... yeah, I'm stuck on the Iron Chimera. I destroyed his drill arm and his crane arm, but then he brings out his shield arm and machine-gun arm, and I can't destroy the shield - I already tried both the magnetism spell and the Iron-to-Gold Potion, but neither of them helped. And the machine-gun arm usually kills me before I have time to do much of anything, and of course, I can't destroy it while he's got the shield arm out.
Did you do the Ninja-Pirate-Robot-Zombie quest? You can get it from the quest giver before you enter the dungeon. Finish that, and you'll get the Rust-B-Come. It slows it down and lowers its defense and attack, allowing you to destroy the shield arm in one attack, revealing the sword arm. Attack the machine-gun arm at your leisure, as it's now completely useless except for clubbing, which does single digit damage. Be careful though, as now there is the chance it could poison you now due to rust poisoning. It's stronger than the last boss fight by a large margin, so better hope you were leveling up.
The part I'm stuck at? The supreme bonus boss Black Hole Demon-Godhead Mobster Kingpin. Found him after beating the Black Hole Mobster Kingpin and Demonhead Mobster Kingpin bonus bosses. I used everything I have at him, but he just shrugs it off, and this is after I disable his Black Hole shield. One of my party members is at maximum level, and BHDGMK normal attack one-shots him! Did I miss something that would give me a chance? I know it isn't Sepulchritude, as that is the only way to disable his shield, and his shield comes back up when I can use it again. I have done almost everything by now, except for a few things I can't seem to find, a few more bonus boss fights, and the various Final Bosses.
Do you have the Percenturion Sword? It powers up based on the percentage of the game you've completed. If you do everything in the game besides beating BHDGMK, you'll have 99.99%, which gives the sword 9999 attack. The real value of this, though, isn't the huge damage you'll do to the boss - it's that doing so much damage so quickly raises the Unlimit Gauge much faster, and you'll be able to charge Sepulchritude at least twice before he raises the shield again!
I just beat him this way a little while ago, so now I'm done with the game. Now I'm playing the sequel, and of course, I imported my 100% save. Unfortunately, I'm already stuck. How do I win the election for municipal safety commissioner? Since the opponent is the Checkers Club President, I'm guessing that I'm somehow supposed to retrieve the evidence against him to discredit his campaign, but the second game has a new main character who wouldn't know anything about the Chess Club fire.
losing the election doesn't stop you from continuing, but winning does make some later parts easier (I.E. the attack of the second iron chimera), while losing nets you an item which will be supposedly useful in the next game, so if you want to win go to the gardens and give the orchid in the MC's room to the botany club president and he'll give you a plastic office plant, take this to the gardening club secretary so she can discover the evidence amoung it's roots. Take the evidence to the auditorium to discredit your opponent and win the election.
Now I'm stuck in the part just after the gates open and your assembleing a party for your first foray. I'm trying to get a specific member, the explosives expert to be exact, whenever I try to recruit her shes says she needs me to get something from her house but theres a guy outside who chases me off if I try to get in. What am I to do?

Well, do you remember what the milkman said about him? He's allergic to newspaper ink. Throw a newspaper at his face and he'll run off. Should be enough time.
I'm stuck, too. I'm up to the quest for finding the Zodiac Boots. I've got most of them, but I can't find the Taurus Boot and the Gemini Boot anywhere. I've looked everywhere and backtracked everywhere (well, except the ladies' locker room, but the superintendent won't let me in). Where are those last two boots?

My projects Meda Peda... Meta Peta... Macarena... I'm not sure what these blue things are called, but apparently I have 6 of them. And the guy behind them made my avatar.
Ah all this takes is some lateral thinking! The gemini boot is in fact the key item the duoboot! (because its two boots straped together, gemini, yeah I thought that was a little convulted to ¬¬)
The taurus boot is a little different, you have to effectively farm Tarutorns till you have 15 pelts. Trading them in gives access to the boot. The ladies loker room is, alas, a red herring. Theres rumours that the legendary sword 'Glargogarn' is in there but its never been confirmed.
Anyways! Im not so much stuck as to curious about this next part. While wandering the fields of 'Giant Robot Scorpions' you can occasionaly fight a 'Boojum' Whats weird is that this monster is way too powerful to be roaming this starting game field, it can wipe my party in one hit! Why is this thing here? What do you get if you kill it?
This was why I trying to recruit the explosives expert, the 'Boojum' is the the first 'tameable' monster available in the game, and a pretty strong one to both compared to your party at the time and while you have it on your side, although you can kill them normally to get them to join (but only if you have less than 3 with you already) the boojum is too strong for you when it first appears. with the tamer aswell as the explosives expert I grinded the Giant robot scorpions until the mc learned stun flash, then when I got attacked by the boojum I used the mc's new stun flash and the explosive experts blind grenades while the tamer used truce (low chance of actually working but atomatically tames a tameable monster if it does). The stun prevented it from attacking and the blind grenades prevented it hitting if it came to 'cos stun wears off before stun flash recharges. If you don't have both the explosives expert and the tamer run, you'll automatically escape battle with the 'boojum'.
Now I'm stuck at the minefield, the crazy old man isn't letting me go through until I have a detector but I can't find one.
IF you go to the ruins of your village, there SHOULD be a detector in the temple that your father died in, but this game switches up item locations every playthrough. It could be in the swamps or in the traveling band's caravan.
unfortunatly, I got stuck in the demon hole. I found a crack in the floor of level 100, and when I got to level 101, there was this weird monolith, and the second i stepped off the stairs, my entire party's HP started dropping like crazy! not only that, but the game started lagging a lot, and I could barely do ANYTHING! what the heck am I supposed to do?
HEY GUYS REMEMBER ME?!?
off course yuo dont cuz ur jus a bunk of newgags.
You're not supposed to be there just yet! Go back to the main game and eventually you'll come across an identical monolith. Then you have to go on a quest to create the item that can destroy it. After that, go back to Floor 101, and THROW the item at the monolith without stepping off the stairs. If you touch the floor and throw it, your HP will drain too fast due to the lag, and you'll die before the monolith gets hit.
As for me, right now I'm stuck on the Revenge of the Mole Dragon minigame in the arcade. At the end of the third level, when you have to destroy the six Mole Dragon Eggs without harming the six Shadow Nightingale Eggs. How am I suppose to identify which egg is which? The eggs look identical! I managed to guess five eggs correctly once due to sheer luck, but I get the feeling there's a trick here I'm missing.
that's simple, as the mole dragon eggs for whatever reason, are heavier than the swallow eggs, pick up each and every one. if it takes 3-4 seconds to pick up, then it's a mole dragon. if not, then it's a nightengale.
now I'm stuck on the alien mothership. the doombot spits out doomroids waaaay too quickly. there's well over 50 in the first eight seconds. Aside from that, I could easily beat t, but is there any way to lower it's unit production?
HEY GUYS REMEMBER ME?!?
off course yuo dont cuz ur jus a bunk of newgags.
Set the broomdroids to "Broomshackalaka". It's the option right above "Broomagnificence".
Unfortunately I can't get past the Panzer Flower's demon spores. I've lit them up with all the lightning and fire magicks I've got, but to no avail! Anything else I can try?
You're supposed to cast water magic on them. The business man back in Brooklyn hinted this by saying that shroom babies are better wet. Unfortunately, you should only have "Poison drip" and "Minor flood", so go back to the school and enlist into the gardening club. Win the Tallest Flower mini game to be taught "Flowery rain". Use it on the demon spores, and they should convert to your side and become half-human, or at least the first 2 you fight.
I'm stuck in the deserted police office near Panzer's boss fight. It has evidence showing how the protagonist from the last game lit the Monopoly club on fire a week after winning the game, (Darnit, I lost The Game) but when I bring it to the Monopoly Club, they say they're thinking of new versions of their game. Help!

that is a big red herring. you actually have to take it to the new police. they'll arrest the former main character, who you can bail out of jail to get in your party.
NOW I'm stuck in the overlord's castle. it seems the password to the vault is the overlord's true name. where can i find this?
HEY GUYS REMEMBER ME?!?
off course yuo dont cuz ur jus a bunk of newgags.
You know the first spell you get in the game, "Naming", that let's you chose the protagonists name? Use that on the Overlord when you first battle him and name him whatever you want. Whatever you enter, put that in the vault to open it.
I'm stuck on the Third Dragon God. Everytime I get him to low health he casts Divine Healing to heal himself to full Health. And then he follows up with Dragon's Soul which one hit kills my whole party. Help!

Cyclic, what brushes or textures do you use? I almost want to say it looks like the water overlay effect but that's not it. And it reminds me of lineless art in a way, but I'm pretty sure I've seen your sketches with lines (or am I hallucinating?? >_>). I can't quite place it, but I KNOW I've seen something like that coloring before but I know it wasn't the same and ARGHTHISISANNOYINGANDSILLY >_<
AND NOW I WILL DO SOME EXPLAINING~ (And fail at it because I am the worse teacher)
I guess I'll start this off with brushes and what program I use.
First off I use Photoshop CS5, it's pretty damn awesome and I recommend getting it.
As for brushes...I use many, including some downloaded ones.
Most of the brushes I use DO come with Photoshop.
Brushes
Sketching:
Normal Round Brush, opacity pen pressure turned on.
Coloring:
(Opacity varies, do whatever works best for you)
Round Brush
Rough Round Bristle
Oil Pastel Large
Watercolor Loaded Wet Flat Tip
Now that that's said, there are three things you must know about my art.
Lineart, I cannot do crisp lineart, I normally use the sketch and just clean it up a little.
Two Layers: Sketch + Coloring, they eventually get merged so I'm coloring on one layer eventually.
Adjustment Layers: I abuse the hell out of them, they are my best friends.
I start out with the sketch layer and color layer as separate. Eventually I merge them and clean up the sketch making it look "lineless" but not really. (if that makes any sense)
After that I use a variety of Adjustment layers and blending modes. It kinda varies with each picture…but I can provide a basis to go by!
Adjustment Layers, Layer Modes and etc.
^that little button gives a list of adjustments. Pretty handy~
Adjustment Layers:
Curves
Vibrance
Selective Color (Edit Neutral and Black colors only)
Solid Color (Normally Navy Blue set to Exclusion)
Layer Modes:
Multiply
Overlay
Soft Light
Exclusion (Used with Navy Blue solid color layer)
Helpful Things --------- RGB Channels:
Much better than using gradient map for black and white copies of your picture.
Image > Apply Image:
Make a new layer then use this option.
This option pretty much puts the merged copy of your picture on that one layer. It's really handy and it prevents you from having to lose your layers. (if…that makes any sense.)
In the drop down menu you can chose the color channel (RGB, Red, Green or Blue) pick the one that puts the most contrast on your picture. After that, set the blend mode to whatever suits you best.
^Should look like that, except blending should be set to normal not pin light
Lens Blur:
It's always nice to have a blurred border around your picture.
I pretty much do this all the time.
Masking:
I can't explain this too well, but maybe this tutorial can give some clarity: http://veredgf.fredfarm.com/tuts/mask/masking.html
Examples of Progress
Unfortunately I lost the extra lineart layer for the ghostyTrickster picture, so there's only two frames (Before adjustment layers and after adjustment layers.)
This picture shows the process better here:
1. Sketch, 2. Color, 3. Merge Lineart and color layer, color and clean up, 4. Adjustment Layers.
So this is pretty much what I do. I apologize if none of this makes noooooooo sense.

You should read thesetwo awesome webcomics! If you like them, join the forums and tell them that HaloKirby9 sent you.
See the torches on the walls, and the chandelier hanging on air above him? Need one more hint? YHTBT Air R.
But I'm stuck on the second floor, in the haunted mansion not far from the TDG, but lava is rising.I have to jump across those chandeliers, but they just fall on me, into the lava.

Remember the odd vacuum the Chess Acolyte gives you for saving the Castle from the forces of Checkers in the inverted plane? You have to use it as you jump towards each chandelier. That will pull them up and make them stay until you can get across.
I'm stuck on the outskirts of Vectorsprite; you know, the giant Tetris wall? There's that hole in the blocks shaped like a T, but all I have is the J block. Where can I get the T block?
I can't draw, not that that matters, because Lord Unb'ma-tched Diaminomito dwells within a darkness so deep that not only sight but all other senses leave you. He is the undisputed master of obfuscation, and holds dominion over all the dark places and hidden things of the world. The day shall come of the Great Deepening, in which all existence shall be lost within his ineffable foldings.
This is but the first of many horrors that have been revealed to me throughout the years, through typographical errors in online communication.
You know how there's that huge lake that you get "The Bends" from if you go too far down?
Buy a chain, attach it to the boat's crane, and stick the J onto it. Then drop it and pull it back up to get the T block.
I'm at the part where Donkey Kong's got the 500 mile high climb. I know I can just use an Ultimate Grappler to rescue the princess the easy way, but going the other way unlocks Kong in your bestiary which is necessary to get the Sords. Help?
Go back to school, and enlist into the Plumbing Club. Beat the Water Pipe minigame, and then fix the schools plumbing system by breaking a hole into the basement and use wrench on leaky pipe. Now you can automatically get past DK's climb, but you'll have to wait 10 minutes.
But I'm stuck in Virtual Prison after stealing a kid's balloon, back in Vectorsprite. I don't see any way out.
